By busy roundabout. Excellent double glazed windows kept the noise out, but no air conditioning meant having to keep a window open and let all the noise in. Expensive.

We stayed in Chur only to take the Bernina scenic train to Tirano. Small town with some nice features but not a destination. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the train station. Across the street from the ancient part of the city. Staff was minimally helpful. Window looked out over a river.

Extremely well furnished and maintained, very clean and comfortable, good breakfast buffet and overall good value. Excellent location on the edge of the old town, with variety of restaurants within a few minutes walk. We were travelling back to uk from Italy, so were pleased to find a secure car park which was locked at night. Staff were very pleasant.

Weather was very warm for the time of year, and when the windows were closed the room was a little stuffy. Also, duvets were more suited to colder weather.

Excelelnt bar and restaurant downstairs. Very helpful reception girl though English not great. Location of hotel perfect for access to old town - Chur is pretty dull otherwise.

Room was rather grubby - carpets had seen much better days and lights were a bit dim. But bed very comfy and clean. Huge building and mostly deserted when I stayed eand of April. Free off street parking around the back very useful.

Sehr altes Hotel. Keine richtiger Tisch im Zimmer. Zimmer ca. 2 x 3 Meter gross. Einrichtung Uralt. Einzelbett 90 x 190cm und hat gequitscht. Wireless Empfang im Zimmer wie auch im Restaurant sehr schlecht (ca. 20 Sekunden für das Laden einer Internetseite). Das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen.

Man fühlt sich wohl und Familiär, immer wieder!!! :-)

Gute Lage, sauber, einfach, günstig

Rapport qualité-prix très correct. La direction a fait l'effort de mettre la chambre à disposition vers 12h déjà, alors que les conditions stipulaient 15h. Personnel aimable. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct.

Attention, les chambres sur la rue sont bruyantes. On a le calme que les fenêtres fermées. Le 2e jour, le personnel a oublié de faire la chambre.

zentrale Lage

Ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Hof reserviert, kriegte aber eins zum Fluss und zur Strasse. Es war laut. Abmachung wurde nicht eingehalten, obwohl ich schriftlich bei der Reservation und beim beim Einchecken auf meinen Wunsch aufmerksam gemacht hatte.

Hotel central, propre, avec un bon restaurant, amabilité du personnel.

Un peu bruyant si l'on aime dormir les fenetres ouvertes

Niet te ver weg van station, bij het centrum. Mooie kamer (vooral de 2 persoonskamer met balkon).

Vrij veel lawaai buiten. We waren er op vrijdagavond en je kon niet met het raam open slapen, i.v.m. met het lawaai van de café's en de uitgaangsmensen.
