Extremely high price for what it offeres. Old interior, primitive shower

Clean and well located

Advertised as four star, being generous I'd rate it at two, yet it charged four star rates. Advertised as air-conditioned ...told it was not working, but found it was switched off at the circuit breaker, as were all other rooms on the floor. Advertised as having cable TV...it did, if you were prepared to pay. Restaurant only open for breakfast, yet hotel frequently smelled off cooking ....presumably staff cooking their lunch/dinner!!

Location near the lake

Booking said 1 large bed, but the hotel does not seems to have any room with this description at all (incorrect information). Facilities are old and need some renewal

Very close to Geneva Lake. Very clean, especially the bathroom. Kind staff. Good wi-fi in the room.

A bit far from the station. The view from the window was not so fantastic.

Location was close to shopping area and to the central train station (20 min walk)

The room was essential but very clean, warm and with plenty of light from the window. The bed large and comfortable. The hotel is well located in a nice area, it takes just a couple of minutes walk to get to the lakeside and 6-7 mins to the city centre or to the main station with the bus. Staff is ok and the young man at reception was particularly kind and helpful.

The hotel and some things in the room like hairdryer and tv are old (but they work). Price is high compared to European standards but ok compared to Swiss ones.

Room (406) very small, unable to turn the heat off (very warm), you can hear through the walls quite clearly

The hotel requires a make over. The room was small and the ventilation and aircom did not work. The room smelled of damp rot like a school changing room. The carpet was scrappy. Staff polite.

Withdrew funds from a credit card before the payment and then another same amount at checkout. When he gets back the amount paid is not clear for the tourist is not profitable.

Definitely no value for 270€ per night, the quality level was real weak.

They remove all breakfast at 9.50 in the morning of the first day of the year. I think they can be a little bit more understanding for this special day.

Free travel card around Geneva. Clean and comfortable enough. Free WiFi.

Advertised as complementary breakfast but charged €18 per person for breakfast. Too hot. Shower ridiculous. Had to pay €20 for satellite tv.

Just the location

We have been welcome not in nice manner , the concierge told us we had to pay for the street parking untill 17.00 but instead was untill 19.00. Breakfast too expensive. Absolutely does not deserve the 4**** that it is showing on the name.

I stayed More than 5 Times in the hôtel ànd thé door of bathroom 408 never close . Its been More than à year like that.

Personnel at the reception desk: not very classy upon arrival at 7:30 pm, absent upon departure at 8:30 am, I left the key on the counter and walked out.

Friendly and helpful staff, very nice breakfast. Room was well heated and always cleaned. Staff should howvere advise Guests that the satelltite tv is a charged service.
