The location of the hotel is just great. It takes only 5 mins walking to Railway Central station where one may find shops open on Sundays. The hotel is close to the lake as well - it will take you only 15-20 mins to walk to the pierce for a short boat trip. Breakfast is good. Staff is welocme and hospital. The street is small although noisy at night that was a surprise for me. Occasionally my room key was blocked for some reason after breakfast. There were my luggage and documents in the room, so I was surprised by hotel stuff who said to me that I was not in the records of the hotel as a guest. So firstly I was rejected and not let in to my room. Having no documents in hands (like booking copy) I was stressed much to resolve the unforeseen problem. It took me some period of time to prove that I am right and that I was actually staying in the hotel. Because of this I should rather choose other hotel next time.

We have stayed in this hotel several times.That speeks for itself. On our arraival we found that our room was without A/C and a smoking type. The room was changed only the next day.l

Good hospitality and warm welcome. Comfortable and convenient room. Excellent breakfast. Located in the centre of Zurich and near historical sites,shopping areas. Near main railway station, convenient to travel outside Zurich.

The rooms were well planned. Very clean bathroom facilities. Dead central in Zurich The plastic cups for the coffee/ tea service. Would have preferred the cups were made of more durable material.

Conveniently located, clean and with all the facilities I use to need. Price is not cheap indeed, but this is a common characteristic to most hotels in Switzerland, and in general to the whole country.

Friendly staff and good breakfast. Very clean. My single room was very cramped. There was only a single bed which is quite unusual these days, even for a single traveller. All the same, everything that I expected in the room was there.

Very good situated in walk distance from HB and close to the main sights. Perfect for business trips! It is not cheap but like everything in Swiss. Some rooms (4th floor) are very small.

Gorgeous hotel, with excellent location in a quiet place in several minutes by walk from central railway station and historical centre and nice breakfast. Rooms are equiped well, everything needed was on the plate. I am really happy staying there and can recommend it to my friends.

For my purposes, the location was excellent - five minutes walk from the main station, which was important for me as my flight arrived quite late, and convenient to the offices of the client I was visiting. Also, it was useful to have a computer provided for guest use as I did not need to bring my laptop. There is not much to do in the immediate location in the evening.

Great location, close to Zurich hb station. Free wi-fi. Lovely continential/european style breakfast. 24 hr reception. My single room was very small, but fine for only needing a place to sleep for a few hours. Bathroom was tiny! Tv didn't have any english channels.
