A clean room located right by the train station The room was far too small and staff could have been friendlier

Wonderfully helpfull staff. Free WiFi. Free City-wide Tram & Bus pass. Room small but very comfortable & high-spec with Multi-lingual tv, Air- con & great shower. Quick breakfast (Coffee, croissant & Juice) very good value at SFr8 compared to prices elsewhere (SFr 6.40 for coffee) Room & full breakfast expensive (but then everything in Switzerland is). Very small room - difficult to fit a cat in let alone swing one. I wish Booking.com had made it clear that entry to the hotel rooms & reception were actually via Hotel Euler.

Small room without a wardrobe. However, clean. Free internet access but only for one laptop. Provided your roommate has a laptop too, they are not able to search the net simultaneously. Nice staff, very helpful. The location is great, just opposite the main railway station. The city centre can be easily reached by foot. Also, the hotel provides you with a free mobility ticket for free use of public transport (the concept is very same in Geneva as well). You only need a hotel reservation to get from the Euroairport to the city for free using a public bus.

Clean, modern and simple yet completely equipped rooms. Benefitting from the facilities of Hotel Euler. Friendly staff. Entrance hard to find as identical with Hotel Euler. Room color in light green may be modern, but is not very cosy. Could hear sounds from neighboring room.

The hotel is close to the main station. The service was very good, also the possibility, after checking out, to leave the luggage in a safe place, was very much convenient. The price/comfort was excellent.

Had a great stay with my boyfriend there for the night. Was worried it was expensive bt in comparison to other places it was our best choice. We had recieved an upgrade due to Overbooking, so stayed very comfortable in the 4 star hotel. Looked after us. Free tram tickets, available wifi and piano bar in the foyer by night. Comfortable bed and bathroom. Cesar salade

This hotel is located in very convenient place, in front of the station sbb. Starbucks stands just next hotel. If you would like to have a base for sightseeing in front of the station, this hotel is reasonable for just keeping your stuffs and sleeping. Basel city itself is worth seeing and is located in convenient place to look around this area. I had to go upstairs twice and walk a long way to my room. The room is old, made noises when I walked on the floor. Desk is to small to work with laptop.

Good location, across the train station, few steps from the bus to the airport and ~20min walk to the old town. The room was amazing, recently renovated and with a cool design (and apple green furniture), very clean with a great bathroom and fantastic shower. No checking in early possible but probably the rule.

Once again, booking.com helped me find a gem of a hotel. Hotels in Basel are expensive, but this was moderately priced. We took a bus from the airport and walked across the road to Hotel City Inn. We were taking a Rhine Holiday Market River Cruise, starting in Basel and wanted to spend a couple of days to acclimate to the time zone. The hotel is in an area of many varieties of restaurants, coffee shops and the train station. Our "room" was actually a mini suite, sitting room, bedroom and a full bathroom. It is a great value for the travel budget.

The actual location of hotel so central to all transport routes Everything was lovely at this hotel the only problem I incurred was that the lift does not go high enough and the stairs were a bit much to our floor

Functional, clean rooms with a lot of thought given to use of space in what is a small room. Very comfortable for a short stay once you are in the room. Very good location as near all transportation links and free transport card provides ease of movement throughout Basel. Weekend pricing for Switzerland is very good. Access to the rooms is poor. A long trek to the back of the hotel through various rooms. No access to an elevator beyond the first floor. So good for a very short stay with limited luggage.

Very clean and newly furnished. The flashy green decoration is a question of taste but overall it is nicely decorated. We just got confused that you actually have to go to another hotel to check in

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the train station. It was an excellent place, and certainly easy to find. They upgraded our room at no charge, so we had a very nice accomodation. The staff was helpful and friendly. WI-FI worked great in the room. The Starbucks next door was convenient for breakfast and a sandwich to take on the train the next day. Quiet place; great location.

Good location itself, but could not find by driving car in 30 min. Could not find parking place as well as hotel signboard.as [Citty inn]. It is worst to get there by car without any detail explanation. Actually impossible to find it even with sat navigation system.
