The beautiful view from my room (city and lake), the large and convenient bathroom, the silence in the hotel, the location of the hotel. |

Location is good. Plus directly at metro stop (take the elevator to the top floor!), 3 stops from main train station. Great view, especially from 5th floor. Rooms were clean. DVD player a plus. If you don't expect too much, and you get a good deal on the price, keeping in mind that Switzerland is rather expensive, I would say it is a really ok hotel to stay in. TV didn't work, so we changed the room. Our original room was much nicer and bigger. Breakfast is rather modest, but I expected that from the comments I read before, so I wasn't overly disappointed. |

Very central location, almost in the pedestrian district.Very spacy room : 1 tap out of the bathroom, 2 desks... Choice of DVDs at the reception. No free access to internet, not even via the computer in the lobby. |

Excellent location, metro station down to lake only 20 steps from hotel. Staff helpful and friendly. No air conditioning so had to have window open all night. Very noisy outside on all four nights of our stay. Locals shouting till the early hours, very busy road even at night. |

Location is good close to the city center and metro Hot and without A/C.There is only one iron in all hotel and you wait for it.Noise.Very dirty sheets.Internet is very expensive.The nearest parking of the hotel is more than 300 meters, and not free.Towels in w.c smell bad |

The staff was friendly, the hotel clean and with a great view of the cathedral. It was very warm at night and there were building works carried out near by and was a bit noisy. |

Not much sorry to say apart from sunset view from bedroom The place should be closed for repair,maintenance,refurbishment in my view and not remain open whilst the work is taking place. The main entrance and escalator especially is grimy and dirty.The breakfast choice was so limited and bad value for money with indifferenet staff we went out but not to Starbucks as 'ecommended' by recption but to a salon de tea a few mins walk away. |
