The room was exactly what we were looking for. Modern and comfortable beds for 3 friends in need of a single room with 3 beds for one night. It was very close to the main train station which is exactly what we were looking for because we had an early train to catch the next morning.

i can say that the hotel was cheap and was in the center of zurich

there wasnt shampoo in the bathroom and housekeeping was bad

Close to the main train station and the old town, which is ideal for walks through all the shops and other Zurich entertainment. Clean, modern and good cooking facilities.

Location was great and old town was very beautiful

Cost of taxi to get there from the airport. No light in bathroom didnt feel welcoming Pillows were non existant

Easy to walk to from train station. Next to old town for shops and food etc. rooms had facilities for cooking and were clean and comfortable.

No staff around. Have to pick up key from nearby video store. No lift so luggage needs to be carried up stairs. Be aware of near by bar (cuban bar i think) where the waitress gave us change for 10chf when we gave her 50chf, she would not give us our money and probably does this to tourists knowing we are unfamiliar with the currency.

The location is really good,and the room is nice too,with the kitchen we can cook ourselves.

The reason why i have chosen this hotel was location. It is exactly in the city center and just 3-5 minutes away from the train station. The room was clean and the internet worked well.

From my point of view this amount of money that i´ve paid (not really cheap as we compare to other apartments) should include breakfast.

There is a kitchen. We were there on christmas'eve, it's too hard to find opened-restaurant. So it gave us home feeling, Caz We cooked Thai food & Fondu.

No lift..... We have to climb to the third floor with big big luggage 3 pieces.

Close to the main train station. Cheaper (but still expensive) than other regular hotels.

First of all, this hotel double-charged me. Two credit card transactions for single night stay. Right now, I am disputing the case. When things like this happened, it is very difficult to know what is really going on with an apartment-hotel like this. Because, there are no receptionists at the hotel, no phone numbers, no faces, no names... You must go to a DVD store next door and get a key in a very limited time frame (3pm to 9pm I think). This is the ONLY contact with someone who is partially representing this hotel. However, this guy's job is to give you a key, that's all. After that, if you have questions, complains, concerns, you will be alone all by yourself. You don't know who is coming when, how many other people have the key for your room, or someone may be coming to your place in the night...!? It was a scary feeling. If you are looking for a peace of mind, safety, and comfort, then I would recommend a regular hotel with a receptionist.

Price is reasonable. Location could not be better. Facility in room is OK. Room is clear.

No lift. Time for check in, if it cannot be checked in the morning, at least it should arrange somewhere to reserve luggage.

The location is quite good and we can easily access to the train station. And it's walking distance to the city center. Well equiped and clean!

The hotel signal is not visible and you could easily miss it when you pass the street!

good location. near the shopping street and train station. the room has a small kitchen so you can cook food----it's so expensive to eat in restaurant in Zurich!

expensive...because it's Zurich I guess. and ..no elevator

It is noisy especially in the late nights.
