In the centre of shoping area only ten minutes' walk from Central station. Spacious clean room with proper shower/toilet facilities.Very proper breakfast served from 06.30 so it's great for early birds/travellers.Friendly and helpful reception team. |

I cannot comment on the room which we booked as we were upgraded to a junior suite. It was extremely nice and comfortable with spa bath and espresso coffee machine as well as a view to the Matterhorn from the sitting area. We were concerned that there would be noise from the nightclub underneath but we did not have a problem. However that could have been because we were out of season |

Good size room that was clean and the staff were friendly and polite. The price. When checking out to be told that because I had double occupancy the price was about 40% more for such a very basic room and extremely basic and limited breakfast was ridiculous. Apparently it was my fault because the web site is poorly laid out that I wrongly booked for single occupancy. Won't use this again for that price. I can get a night in many Hilton Hotels in Europe for less. |

The staff were very helpful without being obtrusive. They pointed out the local facilities for us. The breakfast buffet was excellent and regularly replenished. The room was very comfortable. The location in the pedestian area, close to bus stops and only a few minutes from the station was very good. |
