Comfort Hotel Royal Zurich  

The hotel is well maintained. Located very near to the Zurich main train station and two trams No.6 and 10 stop in front of the Hotel. This is very convenient . We purchased day tram pass and traveled many times in the tram starting and getting down in front of the Hotel. The staff were very helpful, though a few spoke English. The breakfast is good and it is served very early - 6.15 AM That is good.

You have to pay for using TV.

The room was in the attic, with slanted ceilings, which I love; had to walk up the last flight of stairs to get there, but had a nice view of the city and great afternoon sunshine streaming in the window. And extremely helpful and nice service at reception, cleaning and breakfast (which was very good). At a good price and super convenient tram stop, particularly to the airport.

Walls are a little thin, so be considerate of neighbor.

The Staff we dealt with were extremely helpful - both at check-in & in the dining room. The location was ideal for our stay.

The room facilities were variable - we didn't all have toiletries in the bathrooms & our body wash was empty. Our friend's bar fridge had not been turned on.

Excellent hotel. Great breakfast - the best I had in Switzerland.

The location of the hotel was good as it was next to the tram stop.

Room was a no frills room but was ok given price was chf 190 per night.

The hotel staff was excellent - friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, modern, and close to the train station and old town. The tram stops at the hotel for easy transport to and from Zurich Airport. It was a perfect location for follow-on destinations in Switzerland.

出張で宿泊しました。大きな荷物だったのですが、目の前に路面電車の駅があり、チューリヒ空港迄約３０分と- とても便利でした。部屋、朝食とも出張であれば十分と思います。

気になった点としては、Wifiの接続がややつながり難い感じでした。

Zeer attente en gastvriendelijke bediening

De kamer was te warm, er was geen optie om de temperatuur te regelen anders dan een airco met alleen een aan/uit stand. Heb 1 nacht veel last gehad van een apparaat net aan de buitenkant van mijn kamer wat veel lawaai maakte. Dit kan een eenmalige storing zijn geweest (het vroor hard deze tijd) Ik vind het absoluut niet meer van deze tijd dat je apart voor Internet moet betalen. In dit geval was het extreem duur ! Dus geen aanbeveling als internet niet inclusief is.

месторасположение отличное, чистота, уютно, отличный завтрак, доброжилательный персонал. не понравился климат контроль в номере, мы так и не поняли как можно регулировать температуру в номере с помощью кондиционера.

Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. Il piccolo omaggio natalizio al momento del check-out, essendo in prossimità delle feste, è stato un dettaglio molto carino.

L'accueil, et le personnel très aimable et a l'écoute des clients.

L'odeur de moisissure dans la chambre et le manque de propreté sur le meuble télévision, les vitres remplie de moisssures et les rideaux!!!

замечательный отель расположенный всего в 10 мин. ходьбы от ж\д вокзала. прямо от дверей отеля ходит прямой трамвай №10 до аэропорта (время в пути 32мин.). приветливый персонал, всегда готовый помочь. маленькие но уютные номера с удобной ванной комнатой. если возьмете №601 или те которые расположены на 6 этаже с окнами на реку Limmat, будете любоваться красивыми швейцарскими закатами. всем удачи! виолончелист георгий гусев (gosh)
