The size of the room is a disaster ,

Too warm inside the room!

Perfectll location, friendly stuff, good breakfast, minibar. Tram to airport just 10m from entrance.

Cheaper rooms too small so pick bigger ones if possible. WI-FI is not free of charge but if you choose Swisscom, quality is perfect.

The breakfast was great! The staff was VERY helpful! It even had a smoking room to keep us in from the cold!

This hotel is very hard to find. The city and everything in it is VERY expensive.

The location was great. Bus stop right out of the front door. The bus to the airport too! THe breakfast was great.

There was renovations going on, so there was people working all day, banging and using equipment. THIS IS NOT acceptable on a holiday. also the advert for the hotel said wired internet included, with WiFi in room for a fee. That to a normal person means free cable inter and paid WiFi. Unfortunately there was no free internet in the room. only in the lobby. This needs to be printed out clearly. If I known there was no internet in the room and that they were doing major renovations, I wouldn't have booked this place. Booking.com let me down

Very convenient for tram stop, right outside! Comfy beds and quiet rooms too. Lift also very efficient. Breakfast varied and fresh would stay here again! My elderly father loved it too and would definitely stay again if I bring him!!!

Bar a bit small and under stocked but a minor detail! That's all

location close to zurich main station which able to walk or take a tram in front of hotel and easy to go airport by tram no.10

Not free TV (need to pay for watching), no free wifi in the room.

Convinient for a NON leisure limited budget business trip

Very resonable price and good location.

This had been my first visit to Switzerland and to Zurich , as a first time visitor I would like to make sure that I should see all things aroun in short span . Considering Zurich is very Over Priced , this did suited our budget for some of the reasons 1. All Attractions are walking distance atleast for me , 1 km or so 2. You have Airport Tram just outside Hotel ie Tram # 10 takes 30 min or 23 stops to reach Airport so very comfortable 3. Central and Main Station is also nearby 4. At the Back ie 100 -150 m you find , places to eat , Mc Donald , Clubs , Bars , etc as a Part of Night Life As per hotel staff , they are friendly and in general good . A little more could have been expected but for CHF 275 per night , its acceptable . Break fast , well not a very good part specially the eggs which were not boiled properly , and No Hot Milk was served . I asked she said it would take 3 minutes but that never came. Any how No complains . I would not recommend break fast . Its like New york type Hotel in Manhatten where every sq ft is costly . But thats about breakfast . Do not excpect too much here . Secondly I would say for everything there was a Charge , you cant watch TV need to pay CHF 24 I suppose Internet , well thats the worst aspect , they have LAN connection but charge 18 CHF , oohh , how very pathetic . Go to Sunrise take a 20 Franc card and enjoy 1 Franc per day unlimited Internet . Or you can use Wifi only at reception area . Which is little uncomfortable for us . Dont know why they have not done anything on the same. Rooms were Ok , I was on 6th Floor , very small lift , just like NewYorker Hotels . Room Size ok , Beds Comfortable and more importantly peaceful. Yes can be recommended , but prices of Some Hotels nearby you can find upto 175 CHF , not sure if thats important

This hotel is conveniently located near Zurich station and very cost competitive as compared to other hotels

The hotel is very friendly. Location is good (tram number 10 from the airport is stopping at the hotel entrance). Room is very nice and clean.

The room was too hot. The aircondition is very noisy and didn't cool.

Hotel is 5 minutes drive from Zurich main train station. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

In room Internet is not for free. On mid-night, I found out that the air condition is not working, no other room was available and no other solution was possible. (front desk discounted the room because of this).

Ambiance, zimmer ausstattung

Zimmer war zu warm, darum musste ich das Fenster öffenen und deswegen war es wieder zu laut

Das sogenannte Comfort Zimmer war in keiner Weise als Comfort Zimmer zu bezeichnen; Standardbezeichnung wäre ok und zutreffend!

Personeel prettig en tegemoetkomend.

スキー目的の個人旅行であった。 チューリッヒ駅前からNo.10の市電に乗車し2つ目の停留所前にホテルがあり、便利であった（選定理由）。 レセプションの近くのロッカーにスキーを預けられたのも便利だった。

古い建物のため、エレベーターが狭いこと。 部屋も狭く、シャワーも1m×1mもない狭さだった。 電気のコンセントの位置が悪い。

zu viel Nachtlärm von ausländischen Gästen

מיקום מצויין ליד תחנת הרכבת (ממש ממול , קו ישיר לשדה התעופה כ-35 דקות) חדרים נחמדים , צוות אדיב.

אינטרנט עובד רק בלובי , לא בחדרים וגם זה לא רציף.

оооочень приветливый персонал !!!интересные дизайнерские подделки и картины в коридорах и фойе отеля. маленькие уютные номера, вполне достаточно чтобы переночевать пару ночей. отель расположен в непосредственной близости к старому городу и множеству ресторанчиков.

скудные завктраки, интернет платный ( и вроде только через провод), парковка 29 фр/сут.

Ho soggiornato soltanto una notte, tutto ok

Уют, спокойствие, доброжелательный персонал. Очень удобная кровать, хорошо спалось. Хорошее расположение, 5 минут пешком до вокзала. 10 минут до центра. 32 минуты на трамвае до аэропорта. Остановка прямо возле отеля.

Завтрак мог бы быть по-лучше.
