Приветливый персонал, чай и кофе в любое время для проживающих в отеле , отличный вид на город из окна, тихо спокойно для Цюриха. |

Budget rooms were comfortable and clean. Good quiet location with excellent transport links to the airport. Breakfast was varied and had some interesting options. Staff were helpful. |

The hotel was very close to public transport and so we could come back and explore more of Zurich and the surrounding area. The directions to the hotel were useless. We are seasoned travellers in Switzerland but when we got off the Metro (tube/subway) we spent ages trying to find our way, missed the lift, which meant we had to climb stairs with our baggage, having seen on a website that a taxi was not recommended, finally being helped by a very friendly local who happened to speak English better than our French. We might go back now that we know the way! |

The staff were very friendly and helpful.The location was central and close to the tram stop.Actually just next door. The room I was given was very small and looked like the space under the staircase with reclining walls, breakfast really a disaster and very limited choice.No facilities for coffee or tea in the room.When I asked for an omelette it contained small pieces of plastic.(cling film) that really put me off.I Was given a room on the seven floor and I had to take the stairs to go to my room.Very inconvienent when I have luggage but at least the staff helped me. |

Loved the great breakfast every morning, the staff in the breakfast room, our lovely room #307 (and #407), the availability of town! and the Hauptbahnhof and the trams, super location, nice clean, quiet room, perfect place to stay in Zurich. We have stayed at the Comfort Inn for 5 years, every year. |

chambre confortable, propre chambre a côté de la réception, et face porte d'entrée: impossible d'y dormir, bruit toute la nuit.Cette chambre ne devrait pas être louée, plutôt conservée comme bureau ? |

Kaffe vom Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Im "frisch" geputzten Badezimmer waren an den Fließen überall, gleichmäßig Haare von dem Vorgänger (oder vielleicht Vorvorgänger?) verteilt. Matratze sehr hart. Beide Nachttischlampen haben nicht funktioniert. In der Minibar waren die Nachos 3 Wochen und der Granini Tomatensaft bereits 7 Monate abgelaufen. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und laut. |
