Room was quite nice, breakfast was fresh, staff was friendly. Good location near the railway station. Noisiest experiment ever. Wasn't able to sleep because of the bars downstairs were open about 2am and then in the morning probably some construction workers started working around 6am. Terrible!!! No aircondition, too hot. Bathroom was not in good condition. Not worth the money we spent. |

The room was very clean but basic; the beds were comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was ample and fresh. The morning manager was patient and pleasant. Traveling via public transportation would be the best way to access this hotel. The challenge was finding the hotel late at night. We called to get directions from the night manager, but he said he was not from that area so could not help us. After getting totally lost, we finally lucked onto a security guard who led us through the maze of one-way streets to the hotel. |

Very central location. Excellent breakfast with many choices. Room was noisy in early morning because of delivery trucks. |

Walking distance from train station, but still a long walk. -1) room was bare - no instructions for using phone, no pen or notepad, no visitors guides, no refrigerator. 2) phone was not working when we first got there. 3) no air conditioning when it was so hot & humid. We had to open windows & it was noisy people drinking and partying from the street all night. |

Friendly staff, central location and good breakfast System of having to ring doorbell after 6pm for entry is inconvenient. Romm was rather rudimentary and cheaply furnished |

The staff is helpful and the locationi is good. There is no lobby of this hotel, only small entrence for people go inside and climb many stairs to the reception. The TV is too old and there is no English channel. The breakfast need to be improved. |

Hotel Continental was a pleasant stay. For the price and what we were looking, matched. We needed a one night stay that was clean and efficient. They had a respectable continental breakfast. The room, however, was small as most rooms are in Switzerland and Italy, if they are of the bed and breakfast type. |

We enjoyed the location of the hotel and the proximity to the shops. We specifically asked for a double bed but did not get one. The breakfast was so-so. |

I like the fact the hotel was cheap enough The rooms were just a way too hot, i know it was snowy weather but the rooms were like saunas |

The hotel is situated in a quiet location, just a few tram stations from the city centre and has free parking and 2 restaurants. |
Completely renovated in the spring of 2008, the non-smoking Hotel Goldener Schlüssel ("golden key") is a modern, charming hotel with old town flair. It is Berne's oldest guesthouse. |
The “Waldhorn”-estate was built at the turn of the last century and was operated as a restaurant in the forest. In 1981, the entire building was gutted, leaving only the original façade. |
Situated in the centre of Berne's City-West business district, the Sorell Hotel Ador is just 5 minutes on foot from Berne's charming old town and 3 minutes from the main station. |
