The renovated rooms are really an improvement, the full length mirror is finally added (we suggested this 3 years ago). The sliding closet door is a little tricky, it may endanger some fingers. Should have a more frequent check on shower fixtures. The hand held shower head in our case refused to stay still. |

Just the location * the hotel wass very expensive,the staff were very tuff, if you book in the hotel you cannot edit or cansel the reservation and in the cheich out they add allot of charges. The breakfast was very poor. |

Hotel is way too exepnsive for the facilities it offered .Only Good Point is Location close to Railway Station . Star Rating is just for the name sake given by Hotel itself . You get a 2 star for the price of a 4 star. |

Great location, helpful staff, good air conditioning, large room, good breakfast, parking in building, near grocery store with extended hours, very close to train station, ship dock, and central bus stop, our room had doors to balcony that open for fresh air, option for a full laundry load at a reduced rate. Directions to the hotel are confusing. Expensive, but Lucerne is an expensive city. In our mini-suite, the bath had jacuzzi air jets that apparently came on randomly (including during showers) and had no shower curtain. I have a sensitivity to artificial fragrances and the hallways had a strong scent. The hotel is very close to a church with very loud bells, but I did not hear them during my sleeping hours, so this was not a negative for me. |

Perfect location, a little over priced but good experience and very convenient. Hotel room not available to check in at the official check-in time. No effort was made to make up for this while we sat with a child to wait over an hour. |

The hotel is ideally placed for people arriving by train to Luzern. It is only a couple of minutes walk from the station. After a quick check-in and dropping off of bags you will be out there enjoying the sites of delightful Luzern |
