We chose it because it is located next to the railway station. Rooms are adequate and very clean. Comfy beds. Nice new bathroom. Nice view of the city from balcony. The young lady at the Reception who checked us in was very kind and professional. In the evening we had a drink at the bar, which is cosy, and the barman was attentive and friendly. The trains noise at night..... but then you can´t have it both ways!! |

Spacious and clean room, wonderful lake view, fabulous breakfast, convenient location, helpful staff If you open the window at night, there will be some noise from the trains and the level crossing |

Location, friendly and helpful receptionist, nice daily suggestion for local activities We booked a double room but the bed was 2 single mattresses pushed together that slid apart during the night creating an uncomfortable hole in the middle of the bed. If you must have these 2 single mattresses then provide some way to keep them together so they do actaully represent one double bed. |

It's near the station it takes 5-10 minutes. The room was comfortable and breakfast good. For a short stay the hotel is perfect.You can walk down to the center or take the funicolar. how to get there. Go to platform 4. From there you can see the hotel. If you have bags you can easily roll them up, instead of taking the stairs. |

We liked the location of the hotel near the station, with a park on one side and view of the city and lake on the other. Our room was nice, and the staff very helpful and courteous. |

It was a good location, close to the train station but you didn't notice it - you didn't hear the trains and the surroundings were nice. The staff spoke several languages, which was helpful. |

we loved the view of the Lake Logano and the kids loved the swimmimg pool. we didn't like the bathroom in our room, there were very small and tide, also the room is not furnished properly were no carpet, the TV is very small and located very high place in the room. |
