Conveniently located. The room was small but very comfortable. A good breakfast is included. The 280 CHF list price for my small size is very high. I would only stay there again if a discount is available. |

The rooms are nicely refurbished and are well insulated from traffic and railway station in front of it. The personnel was very helpful and friendly at all times. Good breakfast buffet in the morning with nice view on the place du gare. The complimentary public transportation pass was a positive surprise |

Stayed here 4 years ago, hotel has improved room wise since then. This time it was as a stopover to/from Italy. Really impressed with the hotel. Rooms were lovely, soundproofed, views from the front at breakfast time onto the station with the mountain behind was nice. Buffet breakfast sets you up for the day, very generous. Tried to book for next year but seems full on the dates I require,I can understand why |

So close to the main train station. perfect to connect. Modern and nice room Shared facilities like restaurant and main hall are a little bit old, need renovation. |

Location to Railway Station. Fast check-in procesure. Device to choose shower instead of bath-tub not working (room 510), had to use my friends shower in the room next door. Also an error on my first hotel bill where it stated I had used laundry services for 40 EUR - not correct. |

Location, and reception staff were helpful and considerate ,room was clean and adequately furnished The restaurant was closed in the evening, and check in prolonged to to preoccupancy of staff with handing tour groups. |

it is conveniently located, just opposite the train station that connects everywhere very bad mannered and impatient night staff that does not offer assistance to a tourist. Before he starts to do anything, he always says "I know nothing." |

Convenience of being right opposite the railway station and alongside the Metro. Also the many eating places closeby, including a good Chinese/Thai restaurent next door to the hotel. Only a small table-stand mirror was provided in our room (in addition to that in the bathroom) - full-length mirrors seemed available in other rooms. |

Nice room, though somewhat narrow, modern and attractive design. Excellent breakfast. No private parking. Very strange: the safe in the room is on floor level and so impossible to use for older or handicapped people. Wi-fi should be free in a hotel of this category. |

The location is ideal for one who is traveling for business and the room was very comfortable. The building from outside looks a bit old but the room I had was lately renovated and very comfortable. |

They have renovated many of the rooms.this is still going on and can be a bit noisy during the day. I stayed before the renovations and the rooms were a bit on the ordinardy side. They are very nice now and I will stay there again.very central and great Pizza restaurant next door.Right opposite the train station so easy to get too. |
