Continental Hotel Lausanne  

坂の多いローザンヌで、駅前というのはとても便利。以前利用した時より改装されていて、部屋が少し狭くなっ- つていたが、朝ごはんは、以前よりよくなっていた。ローザンヌを訪れる際には又利用したい。４つ星だから部- 屋にポットがあればいいのになと思う。スタッフの対応もよかった。

国鉄と地下鉄の駅から非常に近いロケーションで移動の面では非常に便利。ホテル前の国鉄駅構内にはスーパー- coopもあって買い物にも便利。朝食は6:30から可能で、朝が早い旅行者には便利だと思う。種類も豊富- で満足できた。ヨーロッパのホテルのコンチネンタルブレックファスト(ブッフェ)にしては珍しく、ゆで卵が- あったのが嬉しかった。カードキーがないと動かないエレベーターで、セキュリティーもそこそこしっかりして- いると思う。冷蔵庫あり。湯沸かしはなかった。

駅に面した部屋では、週末など朝方まで若者グループがたむろって騒ぐので、少々うるさい。グレードの高い部- 屋はバスタブもあるようだが、エコノミータイプの部屋はシャワーのみなので、4ツ星だから全室バスタブあり- と思って予約するとがっかりするかもしれない。シャワーのみで構わないのであれば問題なし。

駅前で便利

四つ星なのに　スタッフのサービスがひどい！！　二泊して数名のスタッフと対応しましたが　皆同じで　ここ数年スイスでの宿泊経験で　最低！！　例えば　荷物をフロントに保管を頼むと　面倒がるし　数個の荷物を廊下を苦労して運んでいても　横にいて役割が違うとしてか手伝わない　ボーイはいない　　チェックアウトの際　ミニバーの使用の件で　前日の分は伝票を回収してあったから　当日の分を口頭で伝えて精算しようとすると　ミスがあったらしく　いかにも　うるさそうに　お客の面前で伝票を破ったり　？？？ばかり　　友人のドイツ人も　あきれていました

Convenient location, very clean room, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff

Unfortunately the excellent location across from the station meant that it was noisy all night (I had to have the windows open as it was so hot)

Excellent location, very conveniently located next to the metro and opposite the main train station. Very polite and helpful staff. Would definitely like to stay there again.

Very friendly and professional staff, perfect location - walk distance to the lake and the old city; in front of the railway station, but not noisy at all. Very useful thing is a free transportation card, presented by the hotel.

Breakfast is ok, but not as you can expect at 4*, room is small - it's not easy to pass atownd the bed.

Good location - convenient to main train station. Metro light rail station was next door to station (the travel card for visitors to city is a great idea). Traffic noise was minimal. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Room was a good size with mini bar fridge. Continental buffet breakfast was well supplied and good variety.

Price of mini bar refreshments were very expensive. Bathroom was a good size, but space was not used efficiently. Lacked shelf space, and towel railings.

Location! Right across from the station!! And we always come to Lausanne by train. Also, a lovely room with view of the lake, very nice bathroom and good soft pillows on the bed. The breakfast room is so cheerful and the staff very helpful. Food was delicious. The front desk staff was helpful too. We stayed here because of the price, which was lower than where we had stayed in Lausanne before, but now we will always stay at the Continental.

Staff and location were excellent!

Not the standard you expect. Also very thin walls, I could even see the light from the corridor through cracks in the corner and wall by the door where there should normally be a solid wall.
