喫煙希望でしたのに、全く考慮されず。部屋も狭く４ツ星とは思えない。フロントやラウンジもチープで寛げな- い。

駅前にあるので、夜遅く到着しても大変便利です。また、１回には日本食も食べられる中華レストランがあり、- わざわざレストランを探しに出なくても夕食に困らないのも利点です。

狭いが室内は清潔で過ごしやすかった。ただ、バスタブがないホテルに4つ星というのはどうだろうか。

市内観光についてフロントで質問をした際、時刻表だけ渡されて後は自分で調べて、と言われた。スタッフによ- ってサービスの質にむらがある模様。

Having a good quality hotel near train station was great. Nice quiet room and good breakfast.

This hotel has an excellent location making it an ideal base for touring different parts of Switzerland by train. The hotel rooms are quite modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The free breakfast included in the rate was first rate and offered a very good selection.

The rooms facing the train station were a bit noisy due to late night football fans celebrating the World cup but that was beyond the hotel's control.

Bathroom was quite small but in top shape. Bedroom was great, and the breakfast was very good. The design of the hall and bedroom much better than of the entrance and the restaurant. Staff were very helpful

Some noise from the traffic outside, but only in the evening

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast and quiet ambiant, very convenient close to Rail station and Metro

Location is excellent

Breakfast not great (no proper coffee!), aircon not working for the whole week. Staff find solutions (fan), but only if you ask specifically rather than hoping they'd have the good sense to sort things out themselves.

close by the train station, good to use infrstructure in the town

located next to a night club, couldn't get to sleep because of noise. if at least you could find some ear plugs. internet connection is not free which is a shame in 2010.
