Proimity to rail station On my reservation, I have asked for a crib since I was staying with a baby. The receptionist had to gave me a small bed because according to him nobody told to make it available. Next day, the same receptionnist just rudely told me that he checked and I never ask for a crib. I had to show him a printing of my reservation with the mention for the crib. I did not appreciate to be treated as a liar |

There is a noisy club right next door that blasts music to the early hours. Unfortunately our room was impacted by the noise. Also strangely there is no way to control the temperature in the rooms. |

Convenience - right opposite the main railway station. Bed was comfortable although single. The hotel has no character. The price was relatively low so I did not expect much, but the hotel was adequate - I only needed somewhere decent to sleep. I did not take the breakfasts due to shortage of time. OK for a business trip but I would not choose it for a family holiday. |

Excellent location, facing main railway station and close to all amenitiens and city centre 5 mins walking distance. Hotel staff friendly and professional. Rooms are a bit small. |

Friendly service in the breakfast buffet. The lady who served me was always friendly and very helpful. I arrived on 18th July, when the weather was extremely hot. I asked Reception if they had a fan, and they said the last one had been given to someone else. I had difficulty sleeping because the window did not open very far. I think it would be a great improvement to have air-conditioning in all rooms, as I understand from the Manager, that there are some rooms with air-conditioning. It would have been nice if the Receptionist could have tried to find me something with air-con. |

駅前で観光にもビジネスにもロケーションは抜群です。朝食も思った以上に品数も多く、満足できるものでした。強いてあげるなら野菜がまったくなかったことくらいです。 Wireless Internet Serviceが使えますが、深夜以外はすぐに接続が切れて、使い物になりませんでした。ホテルというよりもSwissComの問題かもしれませんが。。。 |
