Mycket fräscha rum och trevlig personal. Bra frukost. Cebtralt läge. Bra att få gratis buss- och tunnelbanekort. Konstigt att inte gratis internet ingår på rummen. |

Excellent location right at the station, in the center of the city. Modern, functional room and bathroom design. Room was not big: only ca. 40 cm to pass between bed and wall. Breakfast was not particularly fancy for this price (there was some choice at breakfast, but cheese was vacuum wrapped, fruit salad was not freshly made but canned). |

This hotel has an excellent location making it an ideal base for touring different parts of Switzerland by train. The hotel rooms are quite modern, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The free breakfast included in the rate was first rate and offered a very good selection. The rooms facing the train station were a bit noisy due to late night football fans celebrating the World cup but that was beyond the hotel's control. |

Very well placed for my business trip next to the train station and excellent public transport system. The room was very well designed and comfortable and the staff were consistently welcoming and helpful. In an age when even McDonalds provide free wireless internet access, this should be a standard facility and would have been useful throughout the hotel. |

Bathroom was quite small but in top shape. Bedroom was great, and the breakfast was very good. The design of the hall and bedroom much better than of the entrance and the restaurant. Staff were very helpful Some noise from the traffic outside, but only in the evening |

Location is excellent Breakfast not great (no proper coffee!), aircon not working for the whole week. Staff find solutions (fan), but only if you ask specifically rather than hoping they'd have the good sense to sort things out themselves. |

The location of the hotel was very convenient and breakfast was good. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. On the website it says that the hotel has internet. It does have internet access but it is not free - in fact it is pretty expensive. |

The rooms were recently refurbished and a nice large shower in the bathroom with good hot water. When I had forgotten an umbrella the staff leant me one very quickly for my stay. Nice touch! It was noisy. The doors seemed to rattle every time someone along the corridor closed their door. I had asked for a quiet room but did not have one night of uninterrupted sleep in five nights. |

clean located next to a night club, couldn't get to sleep because of noise. if at least you could find some ear plugs. internet connection is not free which is a shame in 2010. |
