The bed as it always moved away. The bath as I was logged in the door had a problem.

Met all needs. Very good breakfast.
Most of English language TV channels not available.
We got a very comfortable and big room. We arrived very late but it caused no problem to park the car and get the key. The breakfast was really good. We were absolutely satisfied.
very helpful staff, good choice at breakfast.
Good location with secure parking. Basic but clean. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.
The female and male managers, Stephanie and the other guy at the desk are extremely efficient, helpful and friendly despite being fully booked. Very professional atmosphere. Excellent and generous breakfast with lots of variety. Bolt chain locks in the rooms to lock from inside. Top-notch elevator. The rooms I stayed were exactly the same as the pictures. Closest hotel to the train station. The rooms overlook the trees. Quiet, comfortable room with coffee, tea and gummy bears waiting for you. There are vending machines in case you need food, water...etc for almost everything you might need. I was able to store my luggage very safely after check-out because my plane was in the evening. All the staff members really go out of their way to make you comfortable. I am happy I chose this hotel. It is the best value for money. I highly recommend it.
Nothing negative. I had read all the negative reviews and I don't agree with anyone of them.
It was my first time in Biel and I was travelling as a tourist. I had a hard time deciding where to stay and read all the reviews and everything. The hotel is only a 3-5 minute walk from the train station. Upon seeing the hotels I didn't choose, I realized I made the right choice. The staff are excellent. The girl and the boy at the reception desk and the woman and the man in charge are all excellent people. They were very friendly, efficient and helpful. They answered all my endless questions patiently and made me feel really welcome, safe and at home. I thank them from here very much. The hotel was fully booked when I arrived and was always that way throughout my stay. It is a very clean hotel. The bed is really comfortable. My room overlooked the trees so it had a very nice view and was very quiet. It has a good parking lot where you can always find a spot. There are chain locks on the doors so you can lock them from inside as well and feel extra safe. There are big smart-led tvs in every room with the internet,..etc. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety, lots of drinks, fresh fruits and vegetables, bread and morning newspapers. The guy working at the restaurant section was just as nice, helpful and friendly. I also thank him for doing an excellent job. The wifi is also very good; I could easily use it in my room and at the lobby. After check-out, they also allowed me to leave my bags with them until evening because I did the 3-lakes tour and it was safely waiting for me when I arrived. They lent me a plug-in changer for my phone because we have different electricity plugs back at home. There was always coffee, tea and gummy bears on the pillow in my room. They also had vending machines for water, food and other things on different floors in case you need to buy these at night. You can also take maps and information booklets from the lobby for free. The staff were very efficient and friendly no matter how many people were there.
The only thing that was real in the negative reviews I read here was the green bathroom tiles. Yes, they are ugly and give the bathroom an out-dated, dirty look but the bathroom is actually very clean with lots of towels.
Room was a good size, with laminate flooring, balcony, a good shower and coffee/tea making facilities. Super breakfast buffet.
The cycle room was down a steep ramp which made it difficult for us seniors to store our e-bikes safely. We took the risk of leaving them in the car park overnight. The mattresses were on the soft side and sunk a bit in the middle.
Free parking, free Wi-Fi
There was no air conditioner in my room.
Bed and linens seemed clean and comfortable. Close to lake and train station. Huge breakfast buffet
Very old and outdated bathroom (i.e. green tiles) and carpet. Horrible smell in room and sign asks guests not to open the window due to wasps and mosquito. I woke up with a terrible headache from the smell in the room...
location Ms. Marianne, who helped me for for problems very kindly.
small rooms, don't take budgetted room, I did not realize when I was booking dirty, I found nail pieces on my bad and carpet. poor breakfast
The breakfast was very good.
The location wasn't good and did not reflect the picture in the website. The bathroom was not upgraded and the furniture was very basic. The street was noisy and it was hard to sleep in a hot day with no air condition.
VERY GOOD BREAKFAST
Magnetic door locks
Central location (next to the train station)
If you like 1970's design in rooms, go for it. Lack of minibar
The room is big enough and cleaned. Breakfast is great:-)
The small beds, its not comfortable for mature couple
Easy to find and offered parking on site. Good restaurant for dinner.
Our room faced the main road with a construction site on the other side of the road. Both the traffic and construction activities created noise.
Quite close to station. Very good evening meals but limited choice.
In front of bus stop
Restaurant was closed early.
The room was as clean as it can be.
Absolutely needed to renovate , the old and cracked toilet made it very dirty looking ....
