Hotel bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany, smaczne śniadania,

It has good location, free parking and staff are very professional. Cleaning is also high-standard as well...

The hotel has a great location - 1 minute walk away from the train station, 7 minute walk away from the lake. The room and the bathroom were big, clean, everything worked, everything in good condition. I would prefer wifi instead of the cable Internet but it was no big deal. The breakfast was good, the personnel both at the reception and in the restaurant were friendly and helpful. I liked the hotel a lot.

I wish there was a way to fix the shower curtain so that it doesn't follow you and stick to you as you are having a shower :) Everything else was perfect.

Very convenient hotel parking

The location is ideal and the staff are very helpful. Dining is adequate and the parking area makes life very easy. Providing the wireless internet in every corner of the Hotel is a clever idea.

Arrived at 2.50 book in not till 3 had to wait till 3.30 but given free drink voucher for bar room, lovely free wi fi big roomy bath room nice comfy bed,s tea and coffee a bonus loads of space in wardrobes and little touches that make this hotel nice

Reception seemed very harased but was still very helpful. Lots of building work going on further down our hall but not that noisy. We were let in to our room late and had to watch the cleaner make up our bed a bit embarising then she left her trolly in the hall out side our room all night which is a fire hazard the hotel is a fare way from beil and a map of which way to go would of been helpful the old town is beautiful once you find itl

Staff friendly and helpful if you want to visit and spend time in Biel, this hotel is ideally located on main road with bus stop literally in front of the hotel. Lake is in walking distance, maybe 15mins. Breakfast is also good.

Room is a bit old and old stuff in bathrooms too. Needs a rennovation.

It was a good sized room with the usual amenities. Near to the centre of a suburb where there were bars and shops etc.

We returned to the hotel about 10-30pm but the bar had closed.

The afternoon receptionist could not have been more helpful and even organised our next hotel for us. The breakfast was excellent.

We mistakenly put money in the car park machine whereas this was unnecessary - but there was not a notice to tell us this.

Very handy for the railway station. The suite of rooms we had had all the facilities and comfort but would have been a lot more comfortable if it had air conditioning as it was a South facing room.

The lack of air conditioning and waiter did not understand English in order to advise on the menu in the restaurant.

The location is near the train station and the staff in helpfull in the request.

The hotel is rather old generally. The price is too high for the room.

Welcome drink. BBC World and CNN on tv available. Good breakfast with wurst and scrambled egg also available. Friendly staff. Decent for quick business trip.

Drilling and hammering in nearby room around 6.50am although not major upset.
