location was brilliant, staff helpful, rooms tidy and even it was right next to the train station, it was very peaceful room size - way too small, we expected a bit more from the panoramic view from the breakfast room |

Making changes to the booking on line is made nearly impossible. One of my friends tried to cancel because she is very ill, and the process added greatly to her stress levels as it was so complicated Hotel reception staff were condesending, rude and unhelpful. I or the group I travelled with will never stay at your hotel or any other affiliated hotels again. |

Friendly staff, location of the hotel, ambience of the restaurant located at 8th floor with panoramic view of the city. Poor Internet Wi-Fi signals in the rooms located at corners and away from the elevators (center area of the hotel). Even on demand non-availability of iron and iron board in the room. Poorly located ironing room (very small) in the toilet block. |

It was very convenient for the station and if you are planning to leave Geneva. It is also very central and an easy walk to historic Geneva. It is not the nicest area of Geneva. it would be nice to wake up overlooking the Lac Leman rather than the station but that would be a lot more expensive no doubt. |

The hotel has a good site, but during our stay before a building there was repair work, and from 7-30 till was extremely noisy. It was audible and on ours 8 floor. |

the location there were road works straught in front of the hotel and although the first room I stayed in was on the 9th floor I could still hear the noise very clearly and had to change to a room that was facing the other side. |

Spacious, clean and well kept rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. As central a location as you can get! An all round excellent choice for business or holiday stays when in Geneva. The breakfast could be more imaginative, or at least some alternatives from day to day. |

Excellent location. New, functional facilities. Simple, no fuss. They had a record of my details from a previous visit. Run-of-the house room is fine for a solo business traveller on a short trip. I previously stayed in the more expensive corporate rooms (with breakfast) on a longer stay, which would be more appropriate if the stay is more than a couple of nights. Breakfast (though good) is somewhat pricey, as was internet access. |

Very good location next to the main train station. The room was clean and quiet given the location. This hotel's soundproofing is better than other hotels I have stayed at near the train station. The charges for wifi are quite reasonable - SFr 20 for 7 days of access when I stayed in January 2010, and the signal is strong The computer with printer in the lobby is available to guests as part of the wifi package. The breakfast is not included with the room and it is a bit expensive at SFr 19 per meal as of January 2010. |

Loved the location..you cannot hear noise from the train station across the street. We enjoyed having breakfast overlooking the city and the mountains. |

This hotel is practically next to the rail station. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds with lovely duvets. Good bathroom. Very nice and deserves its 4 star rating. Two things: staff not particularly friendly or helpful, and note that all good restaurants shopping are on other side of river/lake, which is quite a distance (although walkable). However, there is a nice thai restaurant across the road from the hotel. |
