Czystosc I wyposazenie pokoju oraz hotelu.

Noca na zewnatrz hotelu byl jakis koncert albo przyjecie z muzyka na zywo. Muzyka byla bardzo glosna I skonczyla sie dobrze po polnocy (2 albo 2). Wstalismy niewyspani.

1min for station. close to supermarket and downtown. There is free one day ticket for us and that's really thoughtful and nice

The pillows are too soft that iris nearly sleeping with nothing after using 2 pillows and folded together...

Convenient (immediately adjacent to train station), clean, good continental breakfast, staff was professional and helpful for the most part, great views from ninth floor room, good weekend rates. The room was very modern and stylish. This is generally a positive thing, but be aware that if you are not staying alone there is a glass wall (albeit clouded glass) around the bathroom, which is less than ideal from a privacy point of view. Also, the bathroom door did not lock or stay closed.

The internet did not work in out room and the staff refused to acknowledge the problem and kept suggesting that it was a problem with our computers despite the fact that (as we found out later) that others were having same problem and there is a history of similar problems. Moreover, the hotel staff member (who was otherwise quite nice) would not give a credit due to the problem and only reluctantly agreed to "comp" us for one day's breakfast (and only one day, even though we were staying three nights!). The handling of this left a sour taste in my mouth. I would still stay here again, but this should have been handled in a better way, I think.

While surrounded by traffic, location next to the train station was very convenient and windows were sound proofed. Bath tub was welcome on a cold day!

Our two rooms had a shared door from the corridor, which allowed us to combine them into one single larger room. Panorama lounge had a nice view.

They did not accept Postfinance cards for payment. Also, missing a bar.

Its location is the most important point and I booked it because of that. The staff is willing to help and answer your questions with the needed help. There was a free tea & coffee with kettle. I liked the TV cable it contains the most of middle east channels. موقعه هو النقطة الأكثر أهمية وأنني حجزته بسبب ذلك. الموظفين على استعداد لمساعدتك والإجابة على الأسئلة الخاصة بك مع الدعم اللازم. كان هناك الشاي مجانا والقهوة مع غلاية. أحببت كابل التلفزيون أنه يحتوي على معظم قنوات الشرق الأوسط.

The water spilled out of the bathroom into the carpet and there is no way control it. AC was not that good but it is not a big deal there were two big windows and they were enough. تسرب المياه من الحمام في السجاد وليس هناك من سبيل للسيطرة عليها. المكيف لم يكن جيدا ولكنها ليست صفقة كبيرة كان هناك اثنين من نوافذ كبيرة وأنها كانت كافية.

I like my room where I got the best view of Notre Dame. My room was quite clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly. The location is perfect, right close to train station Cornavin and it's only 10mins walking distance to lake Geneve. Many tram/bus lines right across the street. I really enjoyed my stay over there.

Very convenient location if you're using the train station. Nice rooms , clean. Breakfast room has a great view. Staff at the front desk was helpful and guided us on what all to do in the city.

Should include breakfast in the current room rate. The wifi is not stable.

The hotel was located very centrally and the cornavin train station was just opposite the hotel. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpfull.

Just the staff at the reception never had a smile on their faces while welcoming the guests. Room service staff at the other hand was very warm with smiley faces.

The hotel is getting tired, in need or renovation and clean. Few facilities. It's a business 3 star, and priced like a 5 star. Geneva ridiculously expensive for any type of room. There are better 3 and 3.5 star hotels around, such as the Manotel group.

I asked for a corner room and got it!

seats were not conducive for working, with no back support.

Location:Center of Geneva within reach of every point of interest

No parking, you heave to eke use of public car Parc at extra cost, but with a Cornavin Hotel discount.

Nice hotel, good location, good internet connection. I also like the Tintin connection (hotel inspired "L'Affaire Tournesol" and there is a mini-museum with a statue of Tintin and snowy at the entrance).

hotel design, efficient friendly staff. Loved the "clock" and Tin Tin waxwork!

Disappointed not to get hand/body cream in bathroom as part of toiletries. Also, it would have been nice to have included some biscuits with the tea/coffee in the room (and more sachets as limited to only one drink per person per day on the first day of our stay).

The rooms were clean and modern. Friendly service both at the Breakfast Room and reception. The Breakfast room was comfortable with the beautiful panoramic view of Geneva. Loved the Clock on the wall.

Room was a bit small.
