Отель отремонтирован, расположен рядом с вокзалом и центром города. Хорошая шумоизоляция. Интернет, сауна, отличный завтрак с панорамным видом на горы и город, чистота в номерах. |

У нас был номер для некурящих с соответствующей табличкой на двери. К сожалению, номер был полностью прокурен, включая постельное белье. Желательно, чтобы вместо перин были обычные одеяла. Под пиринами невозможно спать из-за жары даже при выключенном отоплении и открытом окне. А если окна открыты, то очень шумно, так как у нас окно выходило на проезжую часть. |

Удобное расположение и не более того. Обыкновенный бизнес отель каких тысячи по всему миру. Если переночевать одну ночь - то нормально, если останавливаться на выходные, то я бы не рекомендовал. |

Одно из наибольших преимуществ этого отеля - это близкое расположение к вокзалу, а поэтому и к дргому общественному транспорту. Когда я его бронировал, то было специальное предложение по цене, поэтому для 4* отеля получилость недорого. Комната достаточно просторная, но обстановка уже не совсем новая. Было чисто. |

The breakfast restaurant on the 8th floor has a great view. To watch the sunrise while eating breakfast is a perfect start of a day! |

Central location is good, room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Despite other reviews the breakfast was basic but fine. Wifi in the room was very low signal and at this price I would expect it to be free. |

This hotel has received many conflicting reviews. On this, my first visit, the three staff on reception were pleasant and efficient. The room was on the first floor town side but the sound insulation was excellent with double windows (closed !). The style of the hotel is 1930's with extensive use of glass/chrome/steel. The non smoking room was very clean, no trace of smoke ! The buffet breakfast proposed a good choice of cold meats, hard boiled eggs, very fresh bread and viennoiseries, good coffee. This hotel is under rated and should be 8,5 average. No air conditioning in the winter apparently. Opening the window would bring air and noise pollution as with all city centre hotels. Breakfast a little expensive, and effectively still no fresh fruit on the buffet. |

Excellent location. It's right next to the train station. The room is spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff and the cleaning maids are all friendly and helpful. The shampoo. It's an unbelievably tiny pack, and it's hard to open. After you fight to tear it, there's only about a spoonful of shampll inside. |

location - right across from train station The heat didn't work in my room. They brought me an electric heater. I asked them to change me to another room but they wouldn't. The bed was tiny (twin) and very uncomfortable. Breakfast selection wasn't very good. Very basic room and in my opinion not worth the money I paid. |

We had a fantastic room on top floor overlooking the city, lake church and old town. You may have a different experience if you were overlooking railway. |

receptionists were very nice helpful and service oriented. Also room was in a good spacious size. I got a non-smoking room but it was really smelly! it is not enough just to put the non smoker sticker on the door. All in all I think this hotel should not be rated as 4 stars because it provides less quality than a 4 star hotel should provide. eg. : decor, furniture, bathroom things etc. |

Very helpful, and knowledgeable front desk staff. Handout of public transport card. Room windows can be opened. Great location for city travel and nearby restaurants. Great magazine (Economist) for guests. good value CHF 20/week fast wireless internet connection. Good sauna. The pillow was too soft and the doona did not cover my feet. During several days of the 14-day stay the maid failed to leave behind soap and replenish the tea/coffee supplies.These are minor things but noticeable given the otherwise excellent room service |

Good position. Acceptable breakfast. Cornavin railroad station net door to the hotel Unbearably high price for absolutely common (or lower?) conditions. Small temporary parking place for loading between tram rails and hotel steps for one or maximum two cars |

I loved the design of the halls, room, elevator, breakfast area. The room was a delight to stay in; the quality of the furniture, bathroom, linens, etc. The lobby could use a few less dried flower arrangements. The breakfast was pretty terrible - low quality coffee, worst croissants in geneva. This is not a breakfast that is commensurate with the quality of this hotel and its price. Half the staff was very polite and helpful; half the staff was arrogant and had to be prodded to be helpful. |
