Aamupala oli miellyttävä, runsas ja mukava ruokailutila. Huone oli sopivan tilava ja siisti. Ranskalaiset ikkunat oli huoneessa mukavat, koska oli helleaika ja ne sai auki. Sijainti oli kaupungissa hyvä. Ikkunat aukesivat kadulle ja torille, joten ikkunoiden kautta tuli nukkumista häiritsevää melua. |

Hotelli oli rauhallinen, pienehko ja viihtyisä. Kulkuyhteydet hotellista ovat hyvät. Etenkin yläkerran kattohuoneistot olivat viihtyisät. En oikeaistaan löytänyt negatiivisia puolia. |

Warmharted staff, always there to answer your questions. Very clean room. Nice small hotel. The roommates did put my clothes in other places. |

Just a short tram ride to airport and city centre. The stairway and corridors reek of cigarette smoke but the room itself was fine - the busy tram stop outside and apparent lack of fan in bathroom were the only potential downsides. Rude receptionist; slightly overcharged. The rates are superficially good value for Zurich, but my advice would be to accept that the city is relatively expensive and to pay a bit more for a hotel where you will feel welcome and not be charged for drinks from the minibar that you never had (I can't explain why the receptionist got this wrong twice; at the time, his references to city tax sounded like a plausible explanation for the extra charge when queried). |

Close to city center, very good connections by trams. Good price per room, rooms cleaned, staff really nice. |

Comfortable bed, good price and easy access to downtown with the trams right across street. I enjoy just walking downstairs to have breakfast but this breakfast was overpriced for what was offered so we went elsewhere. |

Good value for money, excelent service(In English) from the staff, hotel was easy to find with free on-site parking. There is a tramstop in font of the hotel for easy access to the city within a few minutes without having to find parking. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Its necessary to catch the tram into the city, but buying tickets, finding timetables etc is simple, as its possible to do so at the reception. Room was very clean, and modern. Possible to park on site. It is not right in the city, but we knew this before hand. Rooms, incl bathroom are small, but not a huge problem. I would prefer it clean and nice than big and not. It was a great place to stay |

Extremely polite stuff, helpful. The hotel is easy to find (using just a printout of Google maps directions) and is located just 7 minutes to the city center by public transport. The location is ideal for those coming to Zürich from North (and NE, NW). |

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Fabienne Artho. We arrived at 8am and although check-in was 2pm we were in our room at 10am. We also liked the restaurant for dinner and breakfast. We would return. |

Helpfulness of staff, and sufficient toiletries, especially tissues, so often missing in European hotels. Like other Zurich hotels, very pricey for the size of room and services. |

Very friendly and cordial staff at reception. Considering it was summer, it was welcome to have aircon going in the room. Not luxury class, but not lacking in basic comforts for the price. Free parking too. |

Good location for me since I was visiting the university and friendly staff. There was no wifi, and the (wired) internet in my room didn't work. They did provide free internet in the lobby though. |
