It was clean and eficient and low-key. I don't like standardized operatiing procedures. Everything becomes about system and not about hospitality - even being nice to people! I don't like music in public places. But that it is a personal comment about most modern hotel experiences, not a ctriticism of this hotel which did a good job. |

Upgraded to loft room. Super comfortable with design furniture. We did not try the breakfast for 25 SFR but it looked good. The noisy floors didn't bother us. It is a bit difficult to get to driving if you do not know the exact way to get there. |

Free box of chocolate. Design furniture (not Ikea, bur real design), eg. The Ball Chairs (I think from Eero Aarnio) with free internet, Vitra (Algues), etc. Cheap rates to stay on the sunday nights. Quiet to unstress in the evening. Helpfull receptionists Very bad pillows (too big, balloons), too short and synthetic sheets, too short bed. Noisy wooden floor (women with high heels). Very noisy cleaning maids (talking loud and noisy trolley) from early morning (2 in the same room) they even tried to open my door before 09:00 am. Its more a boutique furniture hotel to walk arround then a comfortable structured design hotel to sleep. |

Nespresso machine in the room and a good breakfast. Room was adjacent to the lift, which was a little noisey. Limited car parking. |

I thought the hotel was fantastic, the interior decor was wonderful and the attention to detail made us feel very welcome, e.g. giving us a box of Swiss chocolates on our departure. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and the neighbourhood was very quaint. Overall one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in I will be telling all my Irish friends about it A little pricy |

Staff was helpful and friendly. All matters were handled very smoothly. Nice hotel with pretty easy access via public transportation. Junior suite was very spacious. Our room was perhaps oldest one? It was already worn out, some "design" artifacts were broken. For example floor lamp was broken but it was turned facing the wall so that it wouldn't look so bad :-) Also cutlery was miscellaneous, it would have been nice that those would match also design hotel image. |

Location, design, hotel stuff, free internet and sparking water. Non soundproof doors. Morning cleaning tour of rooms starts early and this is well sound in your room. |

Modern and fresh design, appreciated additional kitchen facilities, ok location Horribly uncomfortable bed, the narrowest double bed I have ever seen and that is in a Junior Suite costing CHF500 per night, my wife's and my back hurt after a night there; no room service to speak of, just a poor selection of snacks from a bar |
