A modern and interesting decor in a very and tidy hotel on the fringe of the old part of the city. Courteous staff. We stayed in the rear block of the hotel. Overpowering air fresheners were used in the stairwell and the room - possibly to mask other smells. Expensive. Very noisy with a party at 4am in the morning |

The staff were extremely civil and helpful and various complementary touches (various beverages in room, water provided for car journey) were much appreciated. |

Fun hotel, located at a closed 30-m long street. Nice decor, however, looks a bit IKEA-style. Kind receptionists. Nespresso machine in the room. 30 min walk to the city center (20 quick walk). Note rigid cancellation policy: if you decide to leave the hotel earlier the expected, you will be charged, no matter what. Escalations on all possible levels did not help. |

Excellent position in Carouge, close to trams, very easy to get to centre of Geneva. Really comfortable beds. No full length mirror, lack of drawer space. |

It was clean and eficient and low-key. I don't like standardized operatiing procedures. Everything becomes about system and not about hospitality - even being nice to people! I don't like music in public places. But that it is a personal comment about most modern hotel experiences, not a ctriticism of this hotel which did a good job. |

Upgraded to loft room. Super comfortable with design furniture. We did not try the breakfast for 25 SFR but it looked good. The noisy floors didn't bother us. It is a bit difficult to get to driving if you do not know the exact way to get there. |

Free box of chocolate. Design furniture (not Ikea, bur real design), eg. The Ball Chairs (I think from Eero Aarnio) with free internet, Vitra (Algues), etc. Cheap rates to stay on the sunday nights. Quiet to unstress in the evening. Helpfull receptionists Very bad pillows (too big, balloons), too short and synthetic sheets, too short bed. Noisy wooden floor (women with high heels). Very noisy cleaning maids (talking loud and noisy trolley) from early morning (2 in the same room) they even tried to open my door before 09:00 am. Its more a boutique furniture hotel to walk arround then a comfortable structured design hotel to sleep. |

I thought the hotel was fantastic, the interior decor was wonderful and the attention to detail made us feel very welcome, e.g. giving us a box of Swiss chocolates on our departure. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and the neighbourhood was very quaint. Overall one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in I will be telling all my Irish friends about it A little pricy |

Bellissimo Hotel, curato in tutti I dettagli. |
