From the moment we arrived in Zermatt and the hotel paid for the taxi to take us to La Couronne our stay could not have been better. The friendlineness and effeciency of the staff was exceptional.The setting of the hotel is superb with the Matterhorn view outstanding. The breakfast was fantastic with every member of staff being very friendly without being condesending. |

fabulous staff starting with receptionist who welcomed us and answered so many questions and was charm herself; view from room superb, bed comfort very good and a well designed bathroom - what more could we want so stayed a second night....... adjoinuing restaurant appeared to be part of hotel and could put meals on hotel tab to pay together - stupid error drinks could be put on tab but not food - bit annoying...... |

La situation de l'hôtel est excellente dans la station, il est très calme et très bien tenu à tous les points de vue. Il offre des avantages pour les équipements de ski puisqu'il est en communication avec un magasin de sport. L'accueil est excellent et les relations avec le personnel sont très chaleureuses. |

ビューポイントの橋のたもとに立ち、景色をさえぎるもののない川沿いという絶好の立地で、ガラス張りの朝食会場や部屋の窓からマッターホルンが美しく見え、時の経過とともに変化していく姿に大感激。部屋も大きく清潔。大きなバスタブも快適。レストランもとても美味だった。 駅・ホテル間の送迎サービスは19:00までで、夜遅く着くと、徒歩で10分ほど歩くか、荷物が重ければ電動タクシーを利用するほかない。 |

部屋が広くてきれい。掃除も毎日きちんとしてくれます。フロントにチョコレートが置いてあり、子供がとても喜びました。私達の部屋からマッターホルンは見えないのが残念でしたが、ホテルを出るとすぐ目の前の絶好のロケーション。 部屋にミニバーがあってほしいです。あと、ホテルにハーフペンションを頼むとレストランとは全く別経営なのか、連絡の悪さがひどい。ここでは食べないほうがいいと思います。 |

駅から歩いて10分弱のとても便利な所で、ﾎﾃﾙ玄関前はﾏｯﾀｰﾎﾙﾝが良く見えるﾋﾞｭｰｽﾎﾟｯﾄになっています。部屋は清潔感があり、お風呂も綺麗でゆったり入れて良かったです。ただ、冷蔵庫は無くﾊﾞｽｱﾒﾆﾃｨは最低限の物だけでしたが特に問題は無かったです。又、滞在したいﾎﾃﾙです。 |
