Cresta Hotel  

Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Family room was great as kids slept in a separate room. Good location - about a 5 minute walk to the ski lift. Small town, but a good range of local shops.

Shower door was a bit dodgy and leaked. Evening meals can be pricey even if it's just a pizza. Book in advance if you are having the hotel's set meal in the evening.

Location was near Perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Close the cable car station. Skiing is very convenient. Staffs in the hotel are nice and willing to help.

It is a very good simple and sympathetic ski hotel. Very nice staff.

Having to leave.

Really enjoyed our stay, the deign is minimalist but modern. All the room amenities, while basic, were very nice. Breakfast in the A.M. was good and location is very central - can walk less than 10 minutes dragging luggage from the train station. Staff was also very nice and most spoke great english.

The one downside is there is a club next to the property. On weekend nights from midnight to 2am, random drunk people are leaving the club in a loud manner. If you are a light sleeper, request a room on the other side of the hotel.

Hotel is located right by the train station so easy access to transportation. All the shops are close by and ski lift is right by the hotel, but it is for advanced skiers though. We had to take a bus from the train station for 5 mins to get to the beginners slopes. Breakfast was good and breakfast room was clean, restaurant hotel was not bad either, fair priced food if to compare to restaurants near by. In general, good hotel and good experience.

Upon arrival we were put into room that hasn't been cleaned yet. We travelled with our dog so it was a hassle. Also parking that we reserved was kind of a walk from the hotel so if you carry a lot of stuff it's inconvenient. Pillows weren't the best either so the next time we are coming we bringing our own.

Small but clean room. Friendly staff. Bed/Mattress was ok.

Friendly staff and good food , parking next to hotel excellent and Wifi in bedroom If you ask about visitor card we had free train ride to Davos and free ride on cable car so enjoyed both

Hotel was having refit of some of the rooms so a bit untidy in hallway but didn't bother us and didn't disturb us It was stated there was a safe in bedroom but no safe in our room which was disappointing as meant we carried passports etc around with us

Fast internet probably because small quantities of guests. Good localization.

Hotel during the renovation. No any information about this in the booking.com. Poor breakfast. For such conditions the price was too high.

La localisation, la taille des chambres et le côté pratique

Wifi inaccessible dans les chambres et dans la majeure partie de l'hôtel. C'est un argument de vente qui doit être enlevé. Globalement le prix de l'hôtel est trop cher.

Alles war super. Konnten bereits am Morgen einchecken und am Abreisetag unser Gepäck noch im Gepäckraum lassen. Super Service :)

Lage Zimmer, Frühstückangebot

Sehr schön renovierte Zimmer. Sehr sauber.

Preis/Leistung für ein Schweizer 3***Hotel in Ordnung, sehr gut gelegen, kurzer Fußweg zur Bahn bzw Gondel, freundliches Personal, Bündner Stube gut

gute Lage, freundliches Personal

wir sind beide Nichtraucher und haben ein Raucherzimmer erhalten. Auf meine Frage hin wie das komme (Nichtraucher Hotel) , antwortete der Manager (welcher wenig Verständnis für uns hatte), dass er uns nicht verstehe, er habe ja die Teppiche gereinigt ... die Putzfrauen bestätigten uns, dass ein Vormieter während Monate stark geraucht habe. Ein Wechsel in ein anderes Zimmer wurde uns nicht angeboten. Wir empfehlen deshalb unbedingt ein Nichtraucherzimmer zu reservieren oder besser noch ein anderes Hotel zu buchen.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Das Morgenessen ist abwechslungsreich.Auch das Restaurant vom Hotel ist zu empfehlen.

Freundliches Personal, hübsche Zimmer, feines Frühstück. Gute Lage zum Bahnhof, den Skistationen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gutes Restaurant mit fairen Preisen im Haus.

Gleich neben dem Hotel war eine Disco/Bar, wo nachts Leute draussen laut herumstanden. Der Kaffee zum Frühstück schmeckte wie Automatenkaffee. (Nicht frisch gemahlen)

Je trouve au niveau du personnel nous devions toujours aller aux informations. Nous étions au dernier étage sur un niveau d'une suite transformé en plusieurs chambres individuel, nous avons passés de mauvaises bonne nuit car des bandes de jeunes étaient à cet étage et faisait beaucoup de bruit.Je me suis une fois levé mais rien n'a changé.Ce n'ets pas normal que personne soit là pour règnier l'ordre dans cet hôtel et j'ai même fallis appeller la police.Concernant les repas c'était moyen.

Die Art wie der Geschäftsführer mein Auto in die Garage parkierte und es bein départ wieder bereit stellte.

Ausschliesslich schlecht ausgebildetes (kostengünstiges) und nichtprofessionelles Personal.

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Dorf und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Gondel. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer und äusserst freundliches Personal!

Die Sauna war leider ausser Betrieb!

Nettes entgegenkommendes Personal. Konnten unsere Koffer schon früher unterbringen, Skifahren und dann erst unser Zimmer beziehen. 5min zu Fuß zum Lift.
