Ausencia de citofonos en el estudio. Falta de aseo diario o al menos retiro diario de la basura

We booked the hotel with half board. I called the hotel on they day of our arrival that we will arrive only at around 9 pm. No one has mentioned that the dinner is only until 9 pm. So we arrived and did get a plate of cold cut for a value of 100 Fr!!! Insane. I complained and got 50 Fr deduction. But still it is unacceptable. I even mentioned in the booking that this weekend was birthday present for my husband...and we got the worst room in the hotel. On the ground floor next to the elevator and close to the reception. I booked a room with balcony!!!! you can't have a room on the ground floor with balcony... we were looking over a wall... the rooms are very small anyway, there is no good soundisolation, so you can here everything from the other rooms or from the corridor. This hotel worth max 50 Fr per night, with half board max 100, but not more than that.

There for 4days housekeeping never came once

Excellent value for money. Staff was good and friendly/flexible, and the trainees eager to learn! If you look at the price for a halfboard arrangement in the center of Davos, this is a good choice! Don't expect anything too fancy, but hey, in Davos you would easily pay double for that! We are not big halfboard fans, but the food was a positive surprise. Well done guys! You convinced us! And busstop around the corner!

nice hotel with very friendly people good food, excellent service nicely situated, near the centre, near bus-stops good sauna and swimming pool all for a reasonable price

I would like the tv to of had more than one English speeking channel and that was cnn,which is very repative.I Would of liked bbc prime.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. Balcony views.

A little too much noise from room upstairs, above us - hardwood floors - could hear someone walking around until late. That's the only complaint.

Spacious studio with very complete kitchenette.

Location on very busy road. Sleeping with open window is therefor not really possible. Also no parking space for car at the studios. Room was not cleaned because we stayed two nights.

The hotel was really clean.

overall security is very good and self catering also nice.Funny thing is there is no heter for warm up or may be not working.

Location is poor and need to walk around 15-20 min from station and address mention is Davos plaza while it is close to Davos drof so need to ament for new people.Overall facility is good but need some more clarification about location because they have got three hotel in same area.

We stayed in Studio associated with Hotel Cresta. The room was very comfortable facing the mountains with a balcony. If you are looking for a comfortable stay in excellent location then this is the choice.
