Restricted cafe or restaurant facilities on Saturdays.

The lady in the reception who check us in was particularly helpful, she even dropped us personnaly to the palexpo, Enjoyed the drinks at the lobby lounge it is a good place to meet friends and associates. The location is perfect, and the room is bright, lucky to get a corner room.

The staff who pick us up from the airport seem very unwelcoming, he seem over worked, not very friendly at all. There is no bell service available at hand, but the reception were offerring to help. The internet is only for one connection, if you have another device to log in it is not possible.

Shuttle bus, location, price.

The rooms were not the same like in the picture. They told us that if we want something nice we need more money to upgrade the room. The room was old fashion and was looking like hell. At the reception we payed the room price and an extra guarantee of 300 euro for damages like we were taking the room with us home or we came there to play hokey in the room. The extra wasn't anywhere writen it was a made up by the hottel stuff. We stayed about 45 min because they told us that booking.com did't made any reservation. I guess it is only the name of the hotel famous but the hotel inself it is not the same.

Easy access from the Geneve' airport. Hotel provides free transportation to (and from?) the airport. Great coffee machine in the room (Nespresso)! Loved my bed and the down comforter/pillows. Television could have been newer/updated to a flat-screen model but overall, the room was great.

The front desk staff are very good, the service in the restaraunt (evening) is superb as is the food. Rooms are OK, gym is not a "real" gym, but sauna is acceptable.

Yes, I accept it is in Switzerland, but the prices charged are unacceptable, 500 ml beer 9.50 sf, that is about €8.50, lunatic, and the charge for breakfast, breakfast which is congealed and cold. Not again.

Thought the carpets, furniture & public areas were looking tired & in dire need of refurbishment. Car parking costs very expensive and facilities in the hotel were poor I.E. hairdryer very old & slow.

This hotel is not even 3 star, carpets are dirty or even so much used that you did not see that ist a carpet anymore. This hotel did not have any renovation for at leat last 10-15 years.Much to expensive compared with quality. Rooms and bathroom very small. I booked there because I stayed before in Crown Plaza which was very good and right now has a name Starling. Will never ever visit this hotel

Friendly staff!

Stains in floor. Desperate need of renovation. Was utterly disappointed that this was a Crown Plaza. The old Crown Plaza next to the airport was divine compared to this. And the cost. Geez! It was not good value for money.

The relation quality/price was not good.

Das Restaurant, der dortige Service und das Essen war ausgezeichnet.

Die Preise sind jenseits (Frühstück 35 CHF!!), das Zimmer ist sehr alt, an den Platten in der Dusche hat es Schimmel, die Dusche kann nicht von der Wand entfernt werden, ein moderiger Duschvorhang, alter, schmutziger Teppichboden, Haare auf dem Bett. Das Hotelzimmer ist nie und nimmer 230 CHF/ Nacht wert. Die Receptionsangestellten sind meist unfreundlich und verstehen nicht, dass jemand etwas weniger gut französisch spricht. Fragen werden nicht konstruktiv beantwortet! Es herrscht, einmal mehr (war vor Jahren schon hier), Unklarheit über die Bezahlung des Zimmers - ist es schon bezahlt oder nicht? Letztes Mal wurde es mir dann 2 x belastet! Mal sehen, wie es jetzt ist!

Locatie, vluchthaven en centrum. Jammer dat ze moeten de airport bus in rekening brengen.

Niente di particolare, in generale tutto buono, molto conveniente I biglietti per l'utilizzo dei mezzi pubblici di Ginevra gratuiti e ferma bus proprio davanti hotel.
