Crowne Plaza Geneva  

Crowne Plaza Geneva の名称が変更したのを知らずに、以前のホテル （昨12月に宿泊）だと思って泊まったら、異なっていた。 旧称Ramada hotel　とどこかに明記すべきだと思う。住所も近いので、間違える人は多い。現に同じイベントに参加する私の知り合- いにもいた。朝食ビュッフェ37フランは高すぎる。

グーグルマップにて表示される場所とは異なる場所であった。（徒歩20分程度離れていた）

The staff was friendly and helpfull

This hotel is not even 3 star, carpets are dirty or even so much used that you did not see that ist a carpet anymore. This hotel did not have any renovation for at leat last 10-15 years.Much to expensive compared with quality. Rooms and bathroom very small. I booked there because I stayed before in Crown Plaza which was very good and right now has a name Starling. Will never ever visit this hotel

Stains in floor. Desperate need of renovation. Was utterly disappointed that this was a Crown Plaza. The old Crown Plaza next to the airport was divine compared to this. And the cost. Geez! It was not good value for money.

It is beside airport away from city center, old Building and furnisher not with my expectation , king bed requested double bed provided old tv and very bad way to select channels, very very small bath and bad lighting, bad Tub

The relation quality/price was not good.

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean

At booking online I thought I was booking a 4 bed family room at 192 SF. In fact on arrival I found that I was allocated 2 2 bed rooms adjoining but the room price was 192 SF each! this was not what I expected and made the trip excessively expensive.My hire car was touched by one of the hotel drivers in the hotel's landrover .i will not recommend the Geneva Crowne Plaza

Staff excellent, friendly and very helpful, food good in main restaurant but expensive. Great location to Airport.

The rooms are very small, basic, bathroom tiny, need to be updated , breakfast to expensive to partake at 35CHF per head. In fairness Crowne Plaza have only just taken the hotel over from Ramada and promise to renovate over the next too years, however I would not stay again because of room size.

Proximity to the wtc. Cleanliness and friendliness of hotel staff. I like the breakfast and thanks for the inclusion of free bus ride which has been most convenient.

I woke up one morning at 2 am because my neighbour turned on the tv real loud. Anyway to ensure better sound control?

- Close to airport only. - Free Internet & bus tickets.

-Very small & old rooms. The beds its single which is very tiny. -Staff manners in the reception are not friendy.

By geneva standards the rooms are quite large. Its quiet and everything is OK. Ten minutes walk to airport and a little further to the convention centre. Bus no 10 outside the door stright to town. Very handy.

At 300 euro a night I found it very expensive for an hotel that is only OK... but that's Geneva! Breakfast at 35CHF also seemed steep - didn't partake so can't comment on quality.

Thought the carpets, furniture & public areas were looking tired & in dire need of refurbishment. Car parking costs very expensive and facilities in the hotel were poor I.E. hairdryer very old & slow.

The city transport system was right outside the hotel and very efficient.

The room was very small for the price
