The spa facilities and fitness centre are excellent. Though the location is not very cenral, we enjoyed convenient tram trips giving you more opportunities to see urban life in Zurich.

Very good business travellers oriented hotel. Location is good though not central, you will have to catch a tram to the city centre. The tram stop is about 300 m away. Cable internet was free to our surprise.

Good value for money. My stay entitled me to use the spa and gym access which is worth of the stay. Friendly staff and just 10mins by tram to the city centre. Room is clean and suitable for 2 people staying.

It is really comfortable hotel with luxury. It is only 10 minutes away from the Bahnhofstrasse with tram. It is located in a good area. The hotel is clean and safe. When I will come again to Zurih I will definitely stay in this hotel.

The staff is very friendly, they were very helpful and they also know alot. Location is nice. Not so central that u could explore the natives, but the centre is just 5 mins away by trams. The pillows were flat flat flat!

Comfy beds, desk is equipped with all types of power plugs and connectors to connect your laptop to the tv (including hdmi). Small room but still comfortable. The bathroom door is made of glass so if you're travelling with a friend, it might be uncomfortable. The breakfast is too expensive.

Free Internet connection, even if you don`t have your own notebook You can use Internet in TV with high spped Internet. There is remote keyboard in the room. Swimming pool, saunas, everyone can find some interesting for it self. Little bit far away from the strict city centre but there are a lot excellent connection possibilities to get there in very short time. Tram station is located 3 minutes walk from the hotel.

It was very efficient, very American like. The room was very comfortable and clean. The price of the breakfast and other food was very high. The location was not so central for the leisure traveler but great for the business traveler.

It was an excellent price promotion as Zurich is a quite expensive city. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Location was near tram that took 10/15 min to city center

Very good location for shopping trips to Zürich, nicely renovated rooms, excellent buffet breakfast with good choice, private underground parking included with room, good value for money, excellent service. Only downside is street noise in rooms facing main entrance.

Business hotel. About 10-15 min by tram to city center. Clean. Gym/Spa was good. Staff friendly had good info. My girl ran up our room service bill. And raided the minibar.

We liked leaving it in the morning, knowing that we will never return to this hotel. It was very hard to get to the hotel [by car] as there were road constructions which the reception was not aware of, and, hence, we were misled by the receptonist several times. The Price per night is not justified by any means: small noisy room (we asked for a room facing the back, but we did not get it; the room is smaller than small; the shower is tiny & inconvenient; breakfast is not included, and is expensive. We strongly recommand to avoid this hotel.
