Easy to access from highway, parking facilites. Breakfast was not value for the money; in particular, the coffee was not good at all. And the day of our departure, the cleaning staff woke us up before 8 a.m. because they wanted to clean our room!?! |

the staff was really friendly at check-in and check-out. room was clean. the bathroom was a bit too small. and when you take a shower, the water runs out of it into the bathroom and the main room. |

Good place to visit the city: the tram station is located at few minuts from the hotel and the city is 5 minutes far. Car parking is located under the hotel and is accessible by lift. Hotel suggested for who reach Zurich by car The room is little and the bathroom is provided with a smooth glass door without privacy. |

they have a good spa and fitness area its not really in the city center.. but in a boring part of town with lots of car dealers around. no decent coffee/breakfast place around - and theirs is too expensive. staff kept trying to charge my CC for 2 rooms that we already paid for. they kept calling my room, i had to tell them several times it is paid for, until they actually checked and apologized.. bit sloppy. |

The customer service was very good. The selection of b'fast (even though I didn't have any) was very good. And the rooms were very very comfortable. The shower was fantastic. We had the upgraded newer room and really enjoyed our stay in that room. Was very comfortable. The location was not ideal but it was ok. |

Room very stylish and clean. Had enough space for a travel cot (we took the business suite). Bed very comfortable. We had a lot of luggage and although the staff at reception offered to help there was no one available when we eventually got it all in the lobbey. The bathroom is very stylish however the shower poorly designed as water spills everywhere. A bit far from the city center but easily accessible by tram which is about 5min walk away from the hotel. |

We felt very welcome when we checked in. Free upgrade to Superior room. 1) Room cleaners were yelling to each other out in the aisle. Not possible to sleep anymore. 2) I wouldn't eat in the hotel. Some foodsteps away from the hotel I will find lot's of better place to eat. |

The price was very good for rooms quality position is not walking distance from center and in the area there are almost no restaurant and other facilities, unless you wish to take a tram or taxi. In the lounge everyone was smoking |

When our plans got turned upside down, the staff was extremely helpful in arranging alternative plans for us. They were friendly to my daughter and I and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Gave us tips on using the trams verses taxi's which saved us a bundle of money. Great beds!!! Location is a bit from the old center part of town, but easy walk to the trams |

very neat and clean rooms. bed was extremely comfortable. coffee/tea facility was available in the room which was great since we didn't find it common in european hotels. free internet tv available in the room. away from the old town in a residential neighborhood although with a tram station only 100m away it wasn't a big issue. restaurants and breakfast was very expensive. |

The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel is really bad. I waited 1h15 min and finally took my own cab. The hotel wasn't really offering a solution or excusing themselves as "it was not their responsibility" |

Excellent customer service. Computers with internet. Great new hotel. Location was OK: 5 minute walk from a tram that is 15min from the city centre. Nothing. Loved it. |

Great staff At the internet site is statet that the hotel has a sauna and steambath. This is true but they don't mention that these facilities are seperated for men and women. So if you want a relaxed spa weekend as a couple don't choose this hotel. |
