L'amabilitat del personal de l'hotel I encara que no es massa centric hi ha una parada de tranvia molt aprop que et permet arribar al centre en pocs minuts.

No hi ha armari, I per tant no pots deixar la teva roba I articles personals guardats. D'altre banda, el cuarto de bany és molt modern però molt poc pràctic.

Hotel is clean and room is new. Bed is comfort and they have hair drier dan boiling water. I get best price from booking.com. Love it

Very plesant environment, near to train stations, Restaurants. Very near to city center.

It was convenient and it was nice to relax with the pool and a spa at hand in the hotel.

Despite it being a modern hotel, in the winter it was impossible to reduce the room temperature below 24 degress C; it was too hot and there was no point in opening the window due to the traffic noise outside. Despite there being a thermostat, a guest cannot reduce the room temperature so it was near impossible to sleep. Heavy Swiss duvets and no sheets - one only had the duvet - made things more uncomfortable.

Comfy beds, desk is equipped with all types of power plugs and connectors to connect your laptop to the tv (including hdmi).

Small room but still comfortable. The bathroom door is made of glass so if you're travelling with a friend, it might be uncomfortable. The breakfast is too expensive.

Great services. Every day our room was cleaned, towels changed, etc. All the staff is well prepared and can answer all question fast. They have some good partnership with a gym/swimming pool that is absolutely nice for sport enthusiast or just people that want to still get in shake during the vacation. Hotel isn´t close to downtown, so you need to take the "Tram" to go there faster. But on the other side, the street where it is located have many other services like drugstore, coffee-shop, etc.

The only complain that I have was the pillows. They are totally uncomfortable, even my neck was hurting after some days. They look like big, but after you lay on it, it became paper-thin. I suggest you bring (or buy) you own pillow to this hotel. Food prices are expensive too, but if you look at other hotel´s prices or even city´s food prices, it is in the same range of price.

Free Internet connection, even if you don`t have your own notebook You can use Internet in TV with high spped Internet. There is remote keyboard in the room. Swimming pool, saunas, everyone can find some interesting for it self.

Little bit far away from the strict city centre but there are a lot excellent connection possibilities to get there in very short time. Tram station is located 3 minutes walk from the hotel.

I like the furniture of the room and the attention to a lot of details (E.G. very good bathroom and sleeping set).

Free parking during the week end

Very good location for shopping trips to Zürich, nicely renovated rooms, excellent buffet breakfast with good choice, private underground parking included with room, good value for money, excellent service.

Only downside is street noise in rooms facing main entrance.
