Very clean, modern, comfortable--the hotel lobby smelled of smoke (welcome to Europe!) but our requested nonsmoking room was completely odor-free. The staff were extremely polite and helpful; apologized for putting us in a room that had not yet been renovated--but that room was excellent, if a bit small. They offered to upgrade us, but since we were staying only 1 night, we decided to pass. Delicious and plentiful breakfast. It's expensive, like almost everything in Switzerland. |

Good value for Zurich - free parking and free internet. Coffee maker in room plus complimentary bottle of water everyday. Very convenient to get around Zurich on the tram. Room is a bit small and shower does not have a door which means water tends to spill out but this is a small inconvenience |

I liked the way that the staff was courteous and helpful.. Further I was made to feel at home even whilst checking in.. GREAT Wistfully i must say that I could have been given a free Shuttle service, atleast one way !! However this is NOT a complaint |

The service was wonderful especially the bartenders. The hotel is off the beaten path a little more than we expected. The staff gives you enough information to help you get around the city and gives you helpful tips. Breakfast was too pricey. Other than that, everything was reasonably priced. |

the staff were very nice and friendly Yes a lot, rooms were very small even though it was supposed to be a superior room, not enough room for your clothes ect, a noisey bar with blaring music, and very expensive to drink in it... |

Good working space. Worn hallsway carpets and "superior room" and bathroom I was assigned during my stay, were not of a 5 star hotel you announced. I was not a value for money service. Other thing, I think internet and TV rates are way too expensive. |

Not much. Spotlessly clean I had no other choice but to stay there as all other hotels were booked up. It is quite far from the city centre. It is just an average tacky, soulless, ugly American chain hotel. Staff weren't the friendliest I've seen. It's one of those hotels airlines use for their crew. Don't stay there unless you have to! |

La habitacion estaba muy limpia, suficientemente grande y de diseno. Viajamos con un bebe y estuvimos bastante comodos. La habitacion que nos toco estaba justo al lado de un cuarto de donde continuamente salia y entraba el personal de servicio con recambios de sabanas, etc, y la puerta hacia bastante ruido. Ademas, las ventanas deberian tener mejor comportamiento acustico ya que se oye mucho el ruido de la calle, especialmente del tranvia que pasa justo debajo. |

Персонал, в целом, предупредителен. Check-in и check-out - оперативно. Огромная бесплатная подземная парковка, прелесть который мы оценили, поскольку "выписывались" из отеля, когда за окном был ливень стеной. 1. Беспроводной интернет во все номера. Хотя при бронировании указывалось, что данный сервис присутствует, лично я смогла подключиться только из лобби (данная проблема актуальна для многих отелей, как показывает практика). 2. В двухместном номере туалет, фактически, в комнате, причем дверь в туалет из матового стекла, а ручка - это отверстие в этом стекле диаметром около 6-7 см. Поскольку дверь сбоку от кроватей, извините за неприятные подробности, но все туалетные запахи присутствуют в комнате. По моему мнению, это не лучшее решение. |

L'hôtel est bien situé, à 20-25 minutes en tram du centre ou 5-10 minutes en taxi. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. L'hôtel dispose d'un bel espace détente (spa, piscine chauffée, sauna),le personnel y est accueillant et serviable. Ayant bénéficié d'une offre sur Internet, le rapport qualité prix était très bon. |
