De snelheid waarmee het inchecken werd geregeld, en waarmee vragen werden beantwoord; als het druk was achter de balie werd meteen bijgesprongen door een andere. Het weer ..... en de rest van de bebouwing van de straat was een stuk gewoner, trams reden midden door de straat en stopten niet echt in de buurt van het hotel. |

De kamer was niet groot, maar modern ingericht en de badkamer eveneens. Personeel heel erg plezierig en stonden altijd klaar om te helpen en vragen te beantwoorden. De bar was ook een plezierige omgeving. Wij vonden het jammer dat er voor ontbijt alleen voor een vaste prijs van het buffet gegeten kon worden. Je hebt niet alltijd zin in een uitgebreid ontbijt!! |

Goed tov centrum en verder reizen.Nadeel is dat transport naar centrum met kleingeld in francs moet worden gerealiseerd.Dit zou een actieve service van het hotel kunnen zijn.Verder goed en zeer schone kamers. Waarschuwing hoe je met OV naar centrum kunt. |

Restaurant gesloten -- Koffieshop zaten twee mensen men vrouw en ik. Heeft u een wijnkaart, nee, We hebben een rode merlot en dat was het. Kom al meer dan 30 jaar in Novapark/Interconti en nu Crown Plaza en nu is het helemaal niks meer. Kom er nooit meer!! |

When our plans got turned upside down, the staff was extremely helpful in arranging alternative plans for us. They were friendly to my daughter and I and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Gave us tips on using the trams verses taxi's which saved us a bundle of money. Great beds!!! Location is a bit from the old center part of town, but easy walk to the trams |

The free internet in the room and the excellent swimming pool and gym. Smallish room, dated decor in restaurant but tasty food. Too far out of city centre. |

very neat and clean rooms. bed was extremely comfortable. coffee/tea facility was available in the room which was great since we didn't find it common in european hotels. free internet tv available in the room. away from the old town in a residential neighborhood although with a tram station only 100m away it wasn't a big issue. restaurants and breakfast was very expensive. |

The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel is really bad. I waited 1h15 min and finally took my own cab. The hotel wasn't really offering a solution or excusing themselves as "it was not their responsibility" |

Excellent customer service. Computers with internet. Great new hotel. Location was OK: 5 minute walk from a tram that is 15min from the city centre. Nothing. Loved it. |

Great staff At the internet site is statet that the hotel has a sauna and steambath. This is true but they don't mention that these facilities are seperated for men and women. So if you want a relaxed spa weekend as a couple don't choose this hotel. |

Tram right in front of hotel, free wired internet and free parking! Bathroom door should have given more privacy. Small but practical bathroom. No closets. As long as you check in and say that you want a room away from the tram noise, you'll be located in the back of the hotel. No noise at all. |

I used the health centre on this stay, good facility. Room service and meals are generally good. On the last morning, a truck was unloading outside my window from about 5:30am. Very noisy and irritating! Management should not have allowed this to happen - I'm sure I wasn't the only guest disturbed |

Still the same good standards as when the hotel was still Nova Park hotel. Easy communication to the city with 2 trams and tram stop within 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Would suggest that there is a separate check-in/out counter for airlines and group check-ins as these check-ins delay the checking in/out of the 'normal' guests considerably. |

Enjoyed the spa facilities very much, and the garden restaurant. Inclusive internet a good idea The airport shuttle did not run from the airport as advertised. Eventually the hotel paid for a taxi but after a long and frustrating wait. Since I planned to use the shuttle to get to the hotel quickly |

Visited Zurich! - Missing swimsuits at the Spa Area! Can happenend that the guest forget his or maybe did not know about the pool and so on and cannot enjoy it as you have no solution for that! Maybe few swimsuits to buy at the counted would be useful! Detail but not for a 4 star, you will usually find it everywhere! |
