Персонал, в целом, предупредителен. Check-in и check-out - оперативно. Огромная бесплатная подземная парковка, прелесть который мы оценили, поскольку "выписывались" из отеля, когда за окном был ливень стеной.

1. Беспроводной интернет во все номера. Хотя при бронировании указывалось, что данный сервис присутствует, лично я смогла подключиться только из лобби (данная проблема актуальна для многих отелей, как показывает практика). 2. В двухместном номере туалет, фактически, в комнате, причем дверь в туалет из матового стекла, а ручка - это отверстие в этом стекле диаметром около 6-7 см. Поскольку дверь сбоку от кроватей, извините за неприятные подробности, но все туалетные запахи присутствуют в комнате. По моему мнению, это не лучшее решение.

Very clean, modern, comfortable--the hotel lobby smelled of smoke (welcome to Europe!) but our requested nonsmoking room was completely odor-free. The staff were extremely polite and helpful; apologized for putting us in a room that had not yet been renovated--but that room was excellent, if a bit small. They offered to upgrade us, but since we were staying only 1 night, we decided to pass. Delicious and plentiful breakfast.

It's expensive, like almost everything in Switzerland.

Yes a lot, rooms were very small even though it was supposed to be a superior room, not enough room for your clothes ect, a noisey bar with blaring music, and very expensive to drink in it...

Worn hallsway carpets and "superior room" and bathroom I was assigned during my stay, were not of a 5 star hotel you announced. I was not a value for money service. Other thing, I think internet and TV rates are way too expensive.

Not much. Spotlessly clean

I had no other choice but to stay there as all other hotels were booked up. It is quite far from the city centre. It is just an average tacky, soulless, ugly American chain hotel. Staff weren't the friendliest I've seen. It's one of those hotels airlines use for their crew. Don't stay there unless you have to!
