A bit expensive, good was comfortable, staff were fairly good and helpful. Location was o.k. since the Geneva is small city, easy access for transporation to the city. Not particularly, except that the the price was a bit higher and the cost of breakfast buffet should be reduced for guest at the hotel |

The health club and equipement is the best that i have come across Took us about 45 minutes to get into town. Ideally suited for transit passengers. Airport 5 minutes away. The Hotel exterior, passages needs a revamp as it looks old and not impressive. |

The room was bright and spacious and to 5 star standards. The shuttle service and the helpful concierges. The location is not good. It was next door to a graveyard and the only way people could reach a bus stand was to walk through a small road right past it. I did not like this at all. The hotel's main entrance does not lead to a pedestrian road. Everything in this hotel was extremely overpriced, maybe because it is 5 star, but they did not even provide 1 bottle of water a day. |

hotel has all facilities that may be required for a traveler and it is close to the airport. none of the proposed services is included in the price and ecah of them is quite expensive. |

the shuttle bus for the airport I was given a room which was underneath works in progress from above with the sounds of hammering and drilling from 08:00 to 18:00. I complained in writing on the first day after my arrival and was ignored even though the hotel was not busy.I also asked for the sheets etc on my bed to be changed (5* hotel!) and just the pillowcases were changed. |

easy to get to airport , nice place curtain rail broke , no porter to carry bags to the room - I had heavy bags and the price per night should have had porter- the shower was not great - should have been much more powerful and the charge for internet is dumb - should have been free considering the price of the room |

The facilities were terrific. The location to the airport with the shuttle service was extremely convenient. I reserved a room well in advance to my trip to Geneva. I reserved a room with 2 beds. Upon arrival I was informed that I had been "upgraded" to a suite with a king bed. My associate had to sleep on a fold-out couch. For $460 this was very poor value. On top of this we ate at the hotel for breakfast and dinner which brough our total bill to almost $700. |

Ab 8 Uhr morgens Bauarbeiten im Zimmer über uns. Wir wurden diesbezüglich nicht informiert. - Es gab nur 1 Bettdecke für 2 Personen in einem Doppelzimmer. |

Cercano a la parada del bus que va en 15 minutos al centro. Fácil acceso en coche y cercano al aeropuerto. Buen barrio. Buen spa. Al pedir información a los recepcionistas no nos indicaron todo lo que podíamos ver en el centro de la ciudad. Los porteros no nos ayudaron con las maletas. |

Personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. La proximité de l'aéroport et la fréquence des navettes aéroport dont dispose l'hôtel sont un plus. La chambre était mal isolée du bruit, et le parking à payer en supplément exagéré. |
