The Alpine-style Crystal Hotel superior is located in the pedestrian zone in the centre of St. Moritz. The Chantarella Cog Railway to the Corviglia-Marguns-Piz Nair Ski Area is a 2-minute walk away. Discounted ski passes are available at the reception. The restaurant Grissini serves Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, as well as fine wines. Cocktails are served at the Crystal Hotel’s piano bar. The non-smoking, Alpine-style rooms are equipped with modern technology and furnished in Swiss stone pine wood. We liked the wi-fi in the room, work fine,the staff was profesionel and ready to any help, I enjoyed the loby with the heating and the piano and the piano bar. The breakfast was served paying attention to everyone personaly. very good feeling during our stay

Common/dining areas were luxurious. The room was too small and contained too much furniture exacerbating the problem. Also the room was too hot, with no obvious means to change the temperature. The room was also very expensive.

Staff extremely attentive and helpful. Housekeeping staff were very attentive. The hotel is spotlessly clean and highly maintained. No air conditioning in the summer was a problem. The hotel is very warm at night. Opening the window leads to noise problems from the adjacent street and roundabout and still does not cool the room.

Grundsätzlich hatten wir eine tolle Woche im Crystal, die Lage ist hervorragend, das Zimmer nicht riesig aber tip top, gutes Bad, genügendes Wellness-/Sportangebot und sehr sauber. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl! Wenn ich was nennen muss, ist es, dass das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltiger sein könnte, vor allem bezüglich dem Fleisch- und Käseangebot. Was manchmal nervte war noch, dass einige vom Person nicht Mundart und/oder Deutsch sprechen. Wenn ich im Wellnessbereich eines Schweizer Hotels Englisch sprechen muss damit ich verstanden werde, ist dies schon ein Minuspunkt.

Reception war sehr aufmerksam. Autostellservice ins Parkhaus auf Abruf sehr zuverlässig. Am Frühstücksbuffet dürfte es eine grössere Auswahl an Käse haben.

assolutamente perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista, location, stanza, colazione, cordialità dello staff in camera faceva caldissimo, non era possibile regolare la temperatura, avremmo dovuto tenere aperta la finestra ma di notte a -10 non mi sembrava un'ottima idea

It is amazing how good and friendly the staff is. I've stayed in many places in St.Moritz, but this is by far the most comfortable, friendly and with such a great location just an opposite the ski lift and in the very village center. One would feel there like beeing at home and/or being the most honorouble guest. Really highly recommended!!!!!

Truly Great breakfast; wonderful, comfortable and quiet room; fabulous helpful staff, especially the cleaners; good food, lovely ambience, functional and clean, great proximity to the funicular. We both thought it was disgustingly rude that all emails came to Greg, ( like this ONe again!) - when the hotel was booked by Jo-Anne and she asked to have emails sent to her! So incredibly sexist to do this - over and over.

朝食ブッフエが充実していた。駅迄のアクセスも徒歩範囲で バス発着もホテル前なので 大変便利だった。 浴室及び部屋に換気・空調設備が無かったのが 不思議。普段は冷房が不要なのだろうが カントリー調の部屋は熱気がこもり暑かった。せめて扇風機でも・・・

Die Freundlichkeit vom Personal. Speziell der Empfang war sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit. Außerdem liegt das Hotel wirklich zentral. In ein paar Minuten erreicht man die Talstation der Seilbahn sowie die Fußgängerzone. Der Wellnessbreich könnte etwas größer sein. Nur 5 Liegebetten im Ruheraum sind wenig für diese Größe des Hotels.

街の中心にあり、駅からの送迎もしてくれます。スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで快適に過ごせます。星付きホ- テルですので宿泊費は安くありませんが、相応のサービスと快適さは保証されるでしょう。
