I have travelled with my wife ....Where to start .... Everything was great ... I have travel allot , I can say this one of the best . Staff are soooo friendly and helpful... Their welcoming was great ... One of the staff went up to the room with us and explain every single thing in the room ... They give us a great welcoming drink .. Room was super clean ...they put a chocolate on the bed evey day ( great one and other type on the next day ) ...they clean the room twice a day ...location is great ad well... On the leak, just 8 minutes wake from the geneva central city station , near the shops and allot of resturant ....Simply it was great experience ... If I go to Geneva again , I will stay there again .

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and seemed to go the extra length to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Special mention must go to Emile and Ana Sofia for defining what service is all about. The toiletteries from Penhaligon were obviously world class and complimentary fruits and chocolates were a nice touch.

We felt that the hotel should be providing more tv channels for the guests instead of charging 42 euros for the extra package. This is not pay per view but just for additional channels. I carelessly left a shirt behind but the hotel was going to charge me courier fees to send it back to me in the United Kingdom. It would arguably have been great if they sent it at no extra charge, I have decided to pick up the shirt the next time I am in Geneva which will hopefully be later this year.

Very expensive but that is Geneva - staff service is amazing and car parking by valet is a breeze.

It is an expensive hotel, but nothing will disappoint you! Great Staff, one of the best locations in town, an elegant restaurant. In the sunny days, similar to the time we stayed there, you miss nothing. They will always call you by your name, you feel like home and they spare no effort to treat you with utmost courtesy.

I was irritated when I arrived with family at 14:00 and they informed me that the room is not yet ready. Shortly after they allocated another room, without balcony. I still doubt that this is the same room category I booked and I paid for. I received no good explanation later as well.

Very friendly and professional staff, good location, relaxed atmosphere.

Water did not drain well from bath and sinks.

Een uitstekend, niet al te groot hotel, prachtig ingericht. Buitengewoon vriendelijk en deskundig personeel. We hadden een mooie kamer met uitzicht op het Meer van Genève, recht tegenover de water-jet. Het was prachtig om uit ons raam de Mont Blanc te zien bij zonsondergang. Op de kamer kregen we mineraalwater en vers fruit, en er stond een grote schaal chocolaatjes. 's Ochtends was er een prima ontbijtbuffet. En 's avonds hebben we uitstekend gegeten in het hotelrestaurant, dat zeker een Michelin-ster zou moeten hebben!!!
