The staff were very courteous. We had a nice view from our window. The lounge near the entrance is lovely but the furniture is very uncomfortable. Room 123 was nicely decorated. Room 324 less so. Both nights were disrupted by loud music from the bar below. After midnight on the 2nd night, we asked to be moved to another room. Packing our luggage and moving (into a worse room) added to the aggravation of the noise problem. We lost 4 hours sleep and received no compensation on our bill when we checked out. We would not choose this hotel again. |

Excellent and absolutely stunning location, Windows restaurant not cheap but serves great food, convenient entertainment at leopard room till 2 a.m, staff give personal and friendly service always - we were accompanied to the up market night club across the road by a leopard room senior staff member and that's really brilliant. |
