Hotel is well located close to the railway station and public transport to different places in Geneva. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and breakfast is good too. This time my room was extremely small. Although, was enough for me alone.

I liked the decor in the hallways and the family style of it. The breakfast was good and had colored eggs. I had a room just across the hall from the common bathroom and it was loud.

Convenient location near train station. Great breakfast included in price of room. The area is terribly noisy and because of the single pane windows, it was impossible to sleep without ear plugs. The traffic is relentless and noisily goes on all night long. Parking is only available in a parking garage about a 10 minute walk away.

I didn,t like any thing in hotel de geneve ,it was very old and without any facilities like refrigrator or air conditioer in the room.breakfast was very bad.i resevered the hotel from booking.com the money that I would pay was 438 euro, but hotel asked me 540 chf, and when I paid to euro ,they charged me 450 euro;and when gave a 500 note ;they return me only 60 CHF.my experience in hotel de geneve wasn,t good;because I felt there is a prejudice between asians and europiean,in advertisement hotel has wifi and internet free, but for wifi you should pay the money.

The Hotel was very clean but basic. Although we had a bathroom it seems some rooms did not has there was a continual stream of people using the bathroom oposite our room during the night. Breakfast was continental which you expect in most European Countries. It was O.K. and did the job. The Reception staff where very friendly and helpful. Geneva is a very expensive city so you only get what you pay for. Hotel was a little basic for what I felt I had paid for the room, but Geneva is a very expensive place so maybe what I paid was the going rate for this City. Being on a main road I found it very noisy.

Close to train station; hotel gives complimentary transportation ticket which we used to take the train to the airport; very easy. Breakfast was good. Room was warm but tolerable. It would have been nice to have wireless throughout the hotel as there was a wait for the computer in the lobby.

Staff were absolutely magnificent. Very friendly, happy and helpful. The hotel was located a short walk from the station and all the tourist attractions. The rooms were spacious and a quiet and safe area. We loved our stay there and would stay there again if we return to Geneva. Thanks for a great place to stay!

sweet little boutique. excellent location, quiet room, best value for money if you just need to listen to a pillow it would be good to have a second lap top in the lobby as the free internet access tends to get busy

Very clean and nicely presented small hotel with cosy rooms that had everything you need. The staff were very nice and friendly and the complimentary breakfast was good too. We chose this place for its price and certainly it is good value in Geneva. There is a computer in the reception area if you need internet and free tea, coffee.

Staff very helfpul. Liked complimentary tea/coffee in reception. Clean. Quiet room - at back of hotel. Felt safe as a lone traveller. Not far from station. You get what you pay for! Geneva is expensive and this was basic 2*, but no complaints.

It was a rather good hotel with all necessary facilities. Everything was clean and cozy. It took only 5-10 minuts to get to the centre. And for sure, it was a great value for money, because Geneve is rather expencive. We liked staying there.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. The hotel was kept very clean. There was a tram stop a short walk from the hotel. Our stay at the hotel included public transport tickets that could be used for the tram, train, bus and water taxi. The hotel is shaped like the Flatiron Building in New York City, and there are noisy streets on all sides of the hotel. We could hear traffic and people throughout the night, every night. And that was with the window closed. If we opened the window, the noise could be deafening. The walls were thin and the door had gaps at the top when closed. We could hear the person in the room next to ours run the tap and every person's footsteps in the hallway. The bed wasn't much more than a futon and very hard with flat pillows. The bathroom was very, very small with a tiny shower that was hard to move around in without hitting our elbows on the sides. It was the pre-fab type, similar to one in a travel trailer.

This hotel was simply perfect for a first time traveler to Geneva. It was in a wonderful location, within walking distance of the train station, Old Town Geneva, tour boats, great shopping and sidewalk cafes, as well as dining from inexpensive crepes and panninis on the street to very high quality restaurants. The staff is truly warm, all speak English and don't mind doing so, the breakfast is included and is quite full with high quality food served in a nice setting. The rooms were spotless, and the service and hospitality far exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do it justice. The woman who runs the hotel is a treasure. Only minor problem one night was a club across the street that got a bit noisy around 11pm when the patrons came out to smoke. They were just talking, nothing loud, no music, so we just shut the very well insulated window and all was totally quiet in the room. The next couple of nights the window was open and we heard nothing, so this might have been a special event, wedding or the like. This was a very, very minor issue.

Staff were nice and we felt welcome. Room was clean and nice. Smaller than I expected by the description on the website but enough for a overnight stay. Location is very central. Breakfast is satisfactory and it’s included in the price of room. Price/quality ratio is not the best but that will certainly apply to most hotels in Geneve.

Price/quality ratio is worst ever experienced. The website showed nice pictures, but in reality the plca looks old. Staff does not make your stay verynice as well. Very poor breakfast, TV did not work properly (was a very old one). Quality level; backpackers Price level: intermediate.
