Cheerful and welcoming. Decent size room. Minimal internal noise. Breakfast particularly good for people with a sweet tooth.

On a noisy square, so choice of stuffy room (window shut) or noisy room (window open). Shower was a bit droopy, with 1mm of travel on the control between scald and freeze. Overall, though, I would stay again.

Great location, friendly staff, multilingual and helpful.

The location was excellent between the lake and the train station. The best word to describe it is 'quirky' as the dining area is next to the reception, so almost has a cafe feel to it. In a corner of this area, there is tea & coffee facilities, rather than having it in your room,and although this might seem a bit inconvenient, as a solo traveller, it was actually quite homely. All in all, I felt safe, & welcome.

Although my room was nice enough, there was a bit of a noise from the traffic outside, but not bad enough to be really upsetting. As far as value for money goes, I think that I got what I paid for, and looking at the prices of stuff in general in Geneva, its actually pretty good! What i did find a bit strange, was the fact that the reception seemed unmanned at times, even when it was supposed to be open, so not sure what was going on there. This again, was not obvious enough to be annoying.

Nice staff people, fair breackfast. Close to station, you can walk for 7-10 min or 1 tram stop. Restaurant nearby.

I didn't understand if wifi in the room is available, but nice wifi in common hall..

my room did not have good insulation around window, so it was a bit chilly. But otherwise quite comfortable.

Very good place,close to train station and central, comfort, friendly, everything is parfait. Except no air condition, but most of the time, it's no need.

- centrally located - cordial staff at reception - nice breakfast - nice surprise of travel card (it was of great help!!)

- room size was smaller than expected - to find the location of the hotel was difficult (the directions from the station should be clearly stated in the booking confirmation print)

The staff was great (provided early check-in with no problems). The location is central for people traveling by train as it is in between the train station and downtown. Breakfast was included as was a pass for the bus and tram. In a city with very high prices, this was very important for me. It is a small hotel so it is not a busy place, also very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

the bathroom is small, but that is common throughout European cities.

The reception area is very nicely furnished. On each door, there are lovely pictures displayed. This Hotel is located close to the city centre and Geneva lake

The Staff in the Hotel couldn't handle an increasing amount of hotel guests comng to breakfast. When we came down to have a breakfast tables were dirty and full with plates from previous quests, we had to wait at least 25 min until the table had been cleaned and coffee was served. Lady serving the breakfast was unfriendly. The breakfast sall-lobby has been extremly small, so the people had to wait for a free table. Room has been very small, bed for 2 was not even 140 cm. It felt like a camping bed. The bathroom has been basically a camping tube with virtually no space inside. It has been however clean.

Location is good.Just 3 min walking distance to train station.The city bus No.7 have a bus stop just in front of the hotel.

The hotel room no soundproof facility,very noisy due to the heavy traffic just around the corner.

Old building, boat-like bathrooms

They have a big golden sign outside the building, not easy to overlook.

Location is a tram stop from the main station, or you have to walk about 10 - 12 minutes. Hotel is very old. No free Wi-Fi for such a high price.

Hotel is well located close to the railway station and public transport to different places in Geneva. The hotel is clean, staff friendly and breakfast is good too.

This time my room was extremely small. Although, was enough for me alone.

o hotel eh justo pelo preco se levar em conta que genebra eh muito caro para dormir... Nada de maravilhoso mas o staff eh atencioso, o ticket de transporte publico da uma mao boa pra se deslocar principalmente prq tu pode usar pra ir pro aeroporto de trem, bem localizado com um barzinho otimo perto q se chama gavroche... justo, "sin mariconeadas". O cafe da manha eh bem bom...
