All older children or adults are charged 90 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Quiet, sensible oppulence. super super location and unbeatable views. Why was the hotel owner smoking at reception when we arrived. The only person we saw smoking the whole time we were there. Massively, do to my words not my deeds hypocritical, when non smoking signs were up. Lovely hotel but if you are a non smoker go elsewhere!!! |

Located in a very nice place with familiar but extremely professional staff. Rooms are clean with all facilities also for business traveler (internet connection). The food is very good as well. |

Crans is very expensive, and this is one of the best quality/price options. We arrived around 23,30hs and there was nobody, thay have left the keys aat the recpetion. |

I reserved the hotel for my son and a frienf of his to go skiing, the location and the hotel staff were excellent, very close to the slope and walking distance from the bus station. |

The view from the room was sensational. The hotel upgraded us from a north facing (no view) to south facing which was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good with the access to the shuttlebus and bus service. My only comment was I did not enjoy the food on the one occasion that we ate in the restaurant - would rather less and better quality that lots and poor quality. |

conveniently located ,reception staff are good and helpfull.Clean rooms. please put some complimentary coffee making facilities in the rooms.One waiter, tall,who served us on 20/1/09 for dinner and 21/01/09 for breakfast is the worst and most discourteous waiter I have come across.He treats customers like he is working in an army barrack!!! |

Personnel très accueillant, sympathique et chaleureux, vue extraordinaire de notre jolie chambre (sud avec véranda) , excellent petit déjeuner. La route est toute proche et pendant la haute saison doit amener des nuisances sonores, ce qui ne fut pas le cas fin octobre! |

Excellent acceuil, très bonne organisation. Son confort et tranquillité offre un séjour unique aussi bien pour les familles que pour les jeunes car la nouvelle Spa meme si petite offre tous les conforts et puis on est très près du village ou vous trouvez toutes les activités sportives pour vous défouler. Sans oublier bien sur les superbes soirées que l'on peut passer en toute tranquillité à l'hotel ou dans un pub au village. Autre point important la cuisine proposée par l'hotel est très bonne et soignée donc c'est un plus à ne pas négliger du tout. En toute sincérité non j'ai réellement apprécier le tout. |

Super hôtel! Super accueil! Rapport qualité-prix extra. Vue magique. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. je reviendrai cet hiver parce qu'il est idéalement situé, au pied des pistes. Très bon pianiste au piano-bar. Sauna sympathique... Dommage, il n'y avait de vélos de randonnée. |

Die Aussicht bei den Südbalkon-Zimmern ist sehr schön und dass die ganze Fassade mit Blumen geschmückt ist. Zudem ist der Parkplatz praktisch. Das Frühstück war korrekt - aber nichts Besonderes. Das Angebot war ok., es fehlte aber eine persönliche Note. Der Kaffee war schlecht. |

眺望がよい。ただ一部の部屋は茂っている木のためほんの少しrestricted view。料理はおいしい。部屋は非常にきれい。 夕食のコース２５フランということだったが、実際には３５フランだった。ただアラカルトに変更しても構わな- いとのことだったので変えた。したがって問題はなかった。味はよい。 |

Nous ne sommes resté qu'une nuit donc nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'utiliser toutes les prestations offertes par l'hôtel. Ce que nous avons apprécié, c'est le calme et la proximité de Montana. Le parking est un peu petit. Env. 8 places pour un hôtel de plus de 20 chambres...En été ça va mais je n'ose pas imaginer en hiver. |
