The hotel is placed close to the town center, but the road next to the hotel is very noisy :-( ^This is not mentioned nowhere on the Internet ... and makes a very negative surparise when you are in the hotel.

Montana'ya yürüyüş mesafesinde olması (700 m) ve ayni zamanda Bluche'e cok yakin olması. Balkonlu, muhtesem manzarali odalari, Hem girişte ki oturma ve dinlenme alanı. Kahvaltisi biraz zayif ama yeterli. Tek kişilik arka tarafa bakan odalar biraz kucuk ve arkada manzara pek yok ama yeşil.

The room looked like was represented at web site. The pictures are not fair. Hotel stays on the main street, no sound isolation, every car running is clearly heard even with closed doors. No way to relax in summer, probably in winter the road is closed.

Nice hotel. Nice receptionist chap - "professionally friendly". Hotel about 400m from the nearest ski lift up the road. Room with a view is definitely worth it if you like to wake up to a view down the valley. Very nice gym/sauna area. Breakfast, if included in you rate, is not bad, especially their croissants! Parking is free if you are lucky enough to get a place Hotel is on an A-road. parking is a problem if you don't get a place in the garage. Book your after skiing sauna time slot early! Beware of the grumpy breakfast waiter!!!

Friendly staff providing great tips on restaurants and daily activities in town particularly for those of us not skiing . Very nice piano bar with a great and warm service. Cosy atmosphere. Fair breakfast. Free parking (key point in Crans-Montana area). Balcony in the room. It is a matter of luck:plan was to have a room with nice view but weather conditions during the three days we stayed did not allow it. Early 10am check-out time. A bit far to get to town without a car.

The staff was amazing. The italian guy at the reception was always kind and nice to us. We also paid for the dinner in advance and the dinner was definetely worth for the money we paid. Actually, it was very good. I suggest the customers to try the dinner. The location was very good. One bus station away from the Violettes ski station. And the rooms were very big. We will stay here if we come to Crans Montana again. The breakfast could be better but still it was good enough.

Jolie chambre. Bien aimé les couleurs Pas pouvoir ouvrir la porte balcon parce qu'il neigeait. Et même avec porte fermée, courant d'air désagréable. Publicité mensongère avec spa massage. Le massage c'est sur commande et dans votre lit. Pas de lit de massage ni de pièce adaptée ! Idem pour réflexologie. Au bar, publicité de petits encas à toute heure. Mensonge, à 14h00, impossible de se faire servir un croque-monsieur le 1er janvier 2012.

L'accueil hyper chaleureux et amical.Salle de bains très propre. Nourriture bonne. Genre chalet qui plaît et endrouit couvert pour la voiture. Service rapide en salle de restaurant bravo les patrons. Tro de taches sur la moquette, lit matelas à revoir car en cas de problèmes, les matelas ont des petits morceaux de plastics durs qui font mal! Trop de bruit car bord de route principale! En principe pas de route. Nous avons failli repartir car avions choisi la paix sur le balcon mais c'est faux! Nous ne retournerons pas là-bas, habitant à l'année en bord de route on n'y va pas pour ça et ils ne l'ont pas dit lors de ma demande tél.

Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang. Sehr hilfsbereit. Mich hat es ein wenig erstaunt, dass beim Frühstück für ein 3 Minuten zusätzlich bezahlt werden muss. Das Personal war nicht besonders aufmerksam. Buffet sonst okay.
