The location of the hotel is super. The decoration and design of the hotel is like a villa, which attracts me very much. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The overall atmosphere is just great. It would be perfect if the decoration of the guest rooms also has the "villa" style. |

It is close to the train station so it is very convenient. The antiques and clock collection in the hotel really impressed me. The staff was very helpful.Since we were checking out very early in the morning,on request we even got a lovely packed breakfast.Thank you. I wish the Standard double room was a little bigger. |

Greeting by Charlotte as we walked up outside steps was warm, friendly and helpful. Peaceful atmosphere; quiet street yet very close to main station and supermarket/shops. Outside balcony good for early evening drinks. Good included breakfast. Small bathroom. |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was so smaill that myself and my wife could hardly move in the room. The bathroom was so small that only one person could go in at a time, lighting of the bathroom was also poor. Breadfast choice was alright except you needed to ask for additional glass of orange juice. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was quiet yet convenient only a few mins to main street. Liked quirky decor around the hotel but would have preferred room to be more modern decor (bathroom was new and modern). |

Very pleasant family run hotel. Conveniently situated only 5 mins walk from the station but in a very quiet location. We only had our breakfast there as we were keen to get into the mountains, but that meal was a more than adequate buffet style breakfast with something to suit the english palate as well as the continental. When we had to change our booking whilst we were at the hotel the landlady could not have been more helpful or understanding. We enjoyed the fascinating collection of clocks and the quirky nature of the balcony from our bathroom. |

The hotel is very nice. Well located for a small city like Interlaken. Close to train station and supermarket. As booked last minute, I considered the price a little too high for the rooms. But this doesn't mean that rooms are not good. |

The hotel staffs are friendly. The hotel location was convenient. The balcony was out of expectation and comfortable. There was no air conditioning. Also the hotel room lighting switch on and off on its own. |

My daughter and I stayed here 15 years ago and it was one of our favorite spots. It has gotten only better through the years. The staff were wonderful and the food was excellent. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The location is ideal on a quaint, quiet street near the train station. This time I was traveling with my sister. |

A good location, close to the West Interlaken Railway Station and the shops, restaurants etc. Large & comfortable bedroom, bathroom small but adequate. Breakfast adequate, limited choice for dinner (understandable for small hotel) but of excellent quality. Staff excellent - friendly and very helpful. |
