The hotel is located to nearby railway station and bus terminus.Shopping mall , shopping centres and good restaurants are very nearby.It is worth to stay here.

excellent friendly welcome, very comfortable, peaceful hotel. Amazing clock collection. Food and service was superb, room was spotless. located very close to mountains convenient for sightseeing, Interlaken is a beautiful place. Hotel offers the chance to explore the town and scenery but also relax with ease.

All staffs are very nice and polite. Quite near to the Interlaken-West Train station, especially near to Migros. We lived on 4th floor (the budget room), unfortunately the elevator reached to 3th floor, we need to carry our luggage up the stairs.

Staff were very friendly, great atmosphere, very quiet, close to everything. Attention to detail was excellent. Lots of comfortable spaces. Our room had a deck which was great to sit on in the balmy weather encountered. A laundry room was much appreciated, with an outside line was made available. A fridge would have been appreciated in the hot weather.

Very good welcome and service, good breakfast. Nice, traditionally designed reception rooms for relaxing. A mecca for clock enthusists - there are 69 in the hotel! The rooms and bathrooms are rather dated now. And the bathroom tiles were very slippery indeed.

A very friendly place to stay. Had a lovely sunny room with balcony Walking distance from shops and railway station. The scenery is amazing and staff happy to give directions and answer all questions.Would highly recommend is proximity to moutains, villages and walking trails.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Hotel is located close to the Interlaken West station (just 5 min walk). Had an excellent view from the room facing the mountains. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The only negative point is, the bathroom was too small.

Very nice family run restaurant, staffs are very helpful and friendly. Like the way they put some old nice stuffs and pictures in the staircase. Located in a nice livi g area with mountain view, within easy walking distance to the city center. Dinner Time window very Short.

The location is great, a quick walk from Interlaken West station. The breakfast is simple but effective, including enough protein to fill up before a day of hiking. The staff were quick friendly as well.

a) The owners were courteous b) The breakfast was decent. a) The room (single occupancy) was really tiny unlike the photo that is displayed on the net. b)The room did not even have a cupboard to keep the luggage / hang the clothes but merely had a wedge in the wall to keep the bags. c) Had stayed for 2 nights and they had not even bothered to change the towels / make up the bed the 2nd day (noticed it only on my return late on day 2 and hence did not go through the bother of complaining) d)

The room given to us was that small wherein noone can stand erect. I will never stay at this hotel again. Toooo expensive for this kind of room. The room space was horrible it should b given to people of 4 ft hieght. It wasnt value for money.

Location location location. It's located in a residential area giving you a nice view of the mountains just far enough from main station. You can walk down to main station with in 5-7 minutes. Rooms were clean and sufficiently provided. Bathroom was big and clean. It's heater was a mystery though. We could not figure out when it switched on and off. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Room prices were on a higher side though but Switzerland on its own is costly so can not exactly complain. Definitely recommended.
