The location is excellent, the hotel is nice and clean The reception staff - it took 30 minutes checking-out. I pay the accommodation in the first day and in the check out morning I just ask the receptionist to switch the invoice on the company name. This took him 30 minutes. I think the front desk staff need more training, they never smile. |

I liked the fact that was in the center of Lausanne. Easy to get to the train station. Good rooms. The housekeeping was changing everyday the linen. The staff wasn't well trained and neither friendly. The check out was very slow. |

The first week I had a comfortable room with a beautiful view on the Lake Leman. The second time I stayed there I had a stuffy room, while I paid a lot more than the week before. I asked for a better room twice, but was not helped so I moved to another hotel. |
