Great manager, nice rooms, proper well tasting breakfast. Nice place close to the Châble lift (5 min walk). Park your car here as no need to bring it up to Verbier. There's a disco at ground floor all w-e. make sure to got a room high up and bring ear plugs. Quite bad smell from smoke & beer on first floor, but you won't notice it higher up.

La cortesia e disponibilità dello staff, hanno persino preparato la colazione all'alba per chi era interessato a seguire la gara di sci. Abbiamo soggiornato in occasione della patrouille des glaciers, la camera era sopra il pub/bar e la posizione si è rivelata molto rumorosa fino a notte inoltrata. Se torneremo porteremo tappi di cera come nei rifugi!

Sisustus sekä alakerran baarissa että huoneessa oli miellyttävä ja tunnelmaltaan Alpeille sopiva. Henkilökunnasta osa oli hymyilevää ja ystävällistä, osa ei. Kaikki puhuivat kuitenkin suhteellisen hyvin englantia. Alakerran baarissa oli bileet melkein joka ilta, ja meteli kuului auttamatta huoneeseen. Ei sovi urheilijoille, jotka haluavat käydä aikaisin nukkumaan ja herätä aikaisin. Hotellissa ei ollut kuivaushuonetta suksille ja monoille, mikä on Alpeilla aika iso miinus. Hotellin aamupala ei sovi karppaajalle: tarjolla on vain croissantia ja leipää.

Tres bon accueil de la part de toute le personnel, tres chaleureux et attentionné. Les chambres sont impeccable, refaites a neuf et confortable. Je retournerais sans hesiter dans cet hotel. Merci pour votre accueil

The staff was really amazing. I wanted to do some backcountry skiing while at Verbier and the hotel manager lent me her personal backcountry gear for the week, saving me money and time. It was above and beyond anything I would expect from a stranger. Also, the cook was willing to cook anything – not just what was on the menu, and he did an amazing job. I really enjoyed my stay.

“The hotel was centrally located, the staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English and they could not do enough to help with any questions we had. The breakfasts were included in the room rate and were very comprehensive - we even discovered that additional cooked foods eg. eggs could be ordered on request, for no extra charge.
