The location for access to Verbier Ski is excellent. The staff/ownership were very good at making me welcome and my needs cared for.

Food was below average and the staff was not flexible to add a bed into a room that had the space.

Very friendly, family owned hotel. Very clean, warm and comfortable. Excellent location in the centre of the village, and only a short walk from the main cable car. Good dinner.

Food was excellent and staff very helpful. I booked a late flight home so that I could ski in the morning. I checked out at 1000 hrs and the staff opened up a shower room for me after skiing so that I could get ready for my departure. The staff went out of their way by driving me up to my coach departure point. Would highly recommend. Excellent location, a 2 minute walk up to the Medran gondola.

Excellent and friendly staff , Briliant location

The location of this hotel is perfect. Right in the center of Verbier and close walk to the lifts. The hotel is clean enough and the rooms are OK. Really enjoyed being in the center of the action so didn't mind staying in an old place. By the way, this hotel has a parking lot right next to the hotel where you can park for free and it has ski lockers for your gear. Convenient!

The staff is incredibly rude and not helpful at all. It's almost laughable. As long as you don't need anything from them, you should be fine.

Our twin-bedded room was cramped - if we opened the wardrobe door, we could not get around the bed. Our friends double-bedded room had plenty of space for armchairs... The bathroom floors were very slippery when wet.

Work outside on dismantalling the manifestation continued until 12.30am on Sunday night/ Monday morning making it impossible to sleep. I checked out early.

Staff and owners are extremely welcoming and helpful. The food was wonderful and the hotel is right in the midst of everything going on in Verbier. The location could not be better, just a short walk to the gondolas (even in ski boots) and near everything a skier might want (equipment, clothing, rentals and pubs!). All together very good value for the money.

Great dinners. Great location to party and close enough to the lift.

Price is too high, well, as everywhere in Verbier.

Frukosten var i enklaste laget. (Ungefär som en svensk vandrarhemsfrukost.) Verbier är ju groteskt dyrt i många avseenden. Det hade varit trevligt med pjäxvärmare i pjäxrummet.

Lokatie is top, midden in het dorp. Beter kan niet. Nette schone kamer. Prijs is ok voor Verbier. Ontbijt ook ok. Er is parkeergelegenheid.

Slaapkamers schoon maar relatief klein. Badkamers schoon maar verouderd.
