Good wifi facilities, good restaurant Room had been occupied by smokers and the smell of cigarette smoke stayed within the room. Room too small for 4. There was barely room to walk. No elevator to room on 3rd level. Not suitable for the less mobile or those with heavy luggages.

Clean and neat, internet access available. Parking convenient, easily accessible by car to all areas of attraction, but no lift access. Simple but substantial breakfast.

The hotel room was very small and outdated. There were no chairs in the room and most important the fire-safety situation is poor. If a fire breaks out there is hardly a way to escape from the hotel rooms.

we stayed for the Gruyère Cycle Tour. We are a family of 4 and there was loads of space- we were given a 3 bedroom flat! Fabulous views and location for Bulle. Only there 2 nights so could not take full advantage of the surroundings- if you go- make sure you go up in the mountains- stunning! breakfast was 'small' to say the least and the main restaurant is expensive with not much variety nearby. Having said that, if you book the 'family room' (or flat) you could easily self cater. There are plenty of shops nearby and a takeaway pizza place downstairs! Lots of places to eat in Bulle which is about a 20 min walk from the hotel.

Nice restaurant. The woman who served us breakfast was delightful. Our room was huge. Everything was very clean. We had just one problem with a broken toilet which they could not fix.

Personable staff, extremely friendly and accommodating. Very comfortable and clean...good value. Food was excellent too! Prefer a shower that stands on it's own. Stairs would have been very difficult with my heavy (too heavy) suitcase...but you helped me to get it up the stairs!

Staff were very friendly and helpful.The food in the restaurant was excellent with good service.Breakfast was nice freshly squeezed juice nice cheeses.This was a very child friendly hotel .The location is excellent all major tourist attractions are in easy reach.

It was for a change nice to be at a very quite hotel. The staff .... 1 person, was very friendly. As I did hardly speak French she tried to communicate in English, so together we were able to communicate.... She was friendly and very helpfull. WIFI was perfect! Hotel was closed, so no restaurant/bar, painfull TV... Was hanging in fron of the bathroom passthrough.... ;-) a bit further from the highway as it looks on the map.

The room was very clean and comfortable for four as was the bathroom. Tea or coffee service was available close to the room. Good breakfast, fresh bread. The town of Gruyeres was very close by too.

Hotel simples, porem quartos grandes e confortaveis! Como chegamos a noite o hotel ja estava fechado,o dono veio e nos mostrou as acomodacoes e depois que chagamos de jantar tivemos que entrar pelos fundos do hotel passando por brinquedos e acomodacoes do proprietario!Cafe da manha muito pobre,sem nenhuma fruta!

Situation calme, proche de Bulle. Sanitaires très propres. Accueil poli, correct. Dans le descriptif de la chambre, il était écrit 1 gd lit et 2 simples. En fait, il y avait une banquette lit...pour 2 adolescents, c'était trop étroit. Les matelas étaient peu confortables. Le petit déjeuner était très moyen (pas de fruits, 2 vieux morceaux de fromage tout secs, il manquait du pain. Ns avons du en demander et la personne qui s'occupait du petit déj. Est partie en acheter avec hésitation bien qu'il n'y en avait plus. Ns étions 8 personnes (4 adultes et 4 adolescents) et ns étions coincés derrière une table où finalement, seulement 2 personnes avaient accès au buffet du petit déjeuner, buffet qui se résumait, en gros, à du pain, beurre et confiture).

Le repas de la Saint-Sylvestre. Nous avions réservé deux semaines à l'avance avec le repas de la Saint Sylvestre. A l'arrivée on nous a donné une chambre minuscule avec juste un rideau la séparant des WC-salle de bain. Après discussion on nous a donné une chambre tout à fait convenable.

Personnel très agréable. Chambre très chère par rapport au mobilier. Lit de 140 dépassé avec literie beaucoup trop petite coutte de 200cm non adaptée. Très chère rapport qualité prix.

Nous n'avons pas aimé l'établissement. Les chambres était froides, vent qui transperçait les murs, mauvaises odeurs et inconfortable. De plus le petit déjeuner était médiocre et le prix de la nuit vraiment chère pour ce que cétait.
