very nice staff, good room, good breakfast Terrible noice until 3am from the bar located under the hotel and the adjacent parking lot, shouting people, cars leaving, etc. unfortunate because the hotel and the staff are very nice |

The hotel was lovely and well located in the centre of Chateau d'Oex. breakfast was really good and the staff were friendly. No one was there to welcome us, just a key left! We were seriously disturbed during the night by noise from the bar, I ended up calling the hotel emergency number and they called the police. |

The staff especially Gia was exceptional. Based on our discussion over the phone regarding my arrival time, she was even present in the station to receive me. What else can anyone expect... The internet facility was excellent and the best point was that it was provided free of cose and the speed was exceptionally well. The staff were always present to help in other departmenst such as suggesting the route and places of visit etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Switzerland. The breakfast menu can be slightly improved. |

Great location. The staff was really nice. They had a sweet espresso machine that you can use at any hour which i did. It had a bit of a feel of a hostel in that we could use the kitchen since it wasn't too busy. Chateau d'oex is great. much better then gstaad which we visited as well. |

Very nice and pleasant staffs especially Deb who came to prepare early breakfast for us. Very close to train station. Nice and clean room with free internet but would be perfect if they gave us internet code access in the room. We will definitely come back again to this hotel. We love it! |

Good location, excellent breakfasts. 1. On day of arrival, no hotel personal available. No parking facilities. Could not get internet, phoned and was told someone would help me connect, that someone never showed up. |

The breakfast and staff were both top-notch. The location also, is fantastic. The room that I was staying in was very warm, and no thermostat to change that (other than an open window.) |

E' un hotel molto piacevole, calmo, in un posto meraviglioso, facilmente raggiungibile, con lo staff che non da fastidio, ci siamo sentiti al nostro agio. Vorrei tornarci ancora. L'assenza di un computer per l'uso dei clienti, il resto era ottimo. |

Der familiäre Zusammenhalt und die liebeswürdige zuvorkommende Bedienung in allen Situationen. Wer Kinder nicht mag ist fehl am Platz. Ich habe es sehr genossen. dass es kein Angebot für Mittag- und Abendessen im Hotel selbst gibt. Parklplätze zum Hotel oder anweisung wie und wo wäre schon toll. |

Das Hotel ist einfach gehalten. Die Zimmer sind in der Grösse für ein paar Tage Urlaub genau richtig und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war gut und es hatte genügend zu Essen für alle. |

Het ontbijt was echt prima, erg uitgebreid en lekker. De kamers waren netjes en schoon en de badkamer was prima. Internet op de kamer deed het niet maar beneden in de huiskamer ging het prima, ook de problemen met een stekkeradapter werden prima opgelost. Het was nogal warm op de kamer, mede door het weer maar ook door de koelkast die warme lucht de kamer in blies. |
