Excellent choice and quality for breakfast. Friendly ,helpful staff. Kept awake Friday night by the incessant base from a disco downstairs. No coffee/tea making facility in the bedroom.

Location was great; we spent time in Gstaad and it is only 10 min by car. Town is charming On Saturday night, hotel and restaurant staff gathered in front of the hotel and talked and partied for hours. Rooms on that, front, side of the hotel were very noisy in the wee hours of Sat night. Not very nice.

It was very comfortable, clean and the staff were very friendly. I would stay there again. Having the breakfast included really helped out. Nice to be able to open the window and enjoy some of that fresh mountain air!

Petit dejeuné.Confort de la chambre et de l'hotel A notre arrivée pas de personnel a la reception.Une feuille de bienvenue avec notre nom et numéro de la chambre réservée.Pas de clef.La chambre était déja occupée.Apres avoir enfin trouvé une personne qui téléphone a la patronne,nous comprenons que la chambre a été atribuée a des personnes qui n'avait pas réservé.Apres une demi-heure d'attente on nous atribue une chambre située au dessus du bar ,alors que nous aurions dû avoir une chambre de l'autre coté de l'hotel plus calme. Nous n'avons pas dormi avant 2 heures du matin a cause de la musique et des cris des clients sur la terrasse.L'organisation de la reception laisse a désirer.

L'accueil, le self-service dans le salon de l'hôtel, place de parc derrière l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner vraiment plus que correct, salé froid et sucré. Et si vous avez faim, aller faire un tour juste à côté de l'hôtel à la Brasserie de l'Ours, vraiment excellent et très bon rapport qualité-prix! Les jeunes du pub en dessous de notre fenêtre de chambre. Mauvaise isolation de la fenêtre, bruyant. Chauffage dans la chambre, non contrôlable.

Très agréable, et confortable en plain centre de Chateau d'oex. Personnel de l'hôtel très sympathique. Bruits nocturnes de quartier . L'hôtel n'y est évidemment pour rien. Je l'ai signalé pendant le séjour.

Facilità di accesso, pulizia degli ambienti, prima colazione varia ed abbondante, cortesia della persona dello staff presente in quel momento. Mancanza dello staff nella reception dovuto, forse, alla bassa stagione; tuttavia ho trovato tutto l'occorrente per accedere alla camera. Mancanza dell'asciugacapelli.
