It was quiet, and very clean with good bed, important for resting well. Seemed to have good restaurant attached too. Friendly staff. |

We visited the local ski slopes, went to chaux de fond on the train and spent time exploring Neuchatel - there is a two hour mapped walk around the town The hotel was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is a little off the beaten track and takes 15 minutes to walk to nearest bus stop - we didnt have a problem with it and there is a daily ski bus from the bus stop too. The staff picked us up and dropped us off with our cases. |

Nice location with lovely views Breakfast is a rip-off at chf15 for a croissant and coffee. Wireless internet wasn't working and according to staff (who didn't have a clue how to fix it) it rarely worked. |

Personalet taler kun fransk, så det er svært at kommunikere med dem. Det er rimeligt at man kan lidt engelsk på så stort et hotel |
