The Delfino was recommended by an employee of the Lugano Tourism Office. We had a lovely lake-view room with a balcony. Will definitely be back! Situated a little bit too far from the lake to walk there - in the rain! |

Again, the fact that we specifically booked this hotel partly for use of the pool, only to find out upon arrival that it was not filled, and there were no plans to do so for another couple of weeks. If this information had been offered prior to booking, we would have booked elsewhere. Also, rooms overpriced, and the view was not as explained when booking. |

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful on all accounts, and spoke all languages with me and my friends (French, German, Italian and English). The breakfast buffet was very tasty, with lots of variety, and good hours: 7-10 am. The rooms were very nice, with a side view of the lake (despite cranes for construction), nice balcony, comfortable beds, lots of closet and drawer space and a well-appointed bathroom. Also a small room safe for valuables, and a television (if desired), and a mini-bar. Very comfortable, although not huge, room. The lobby staff was very helpful with directions and even printed out a computer schedule of train departures for us. They were knowledgable about the activities in Lugano and surroundings, and friendly and helpful. |

they upgrade me to a bigger room they ask me again about my creditcard and they siad it is not right and they will keep my reservation untill 12 pm only it means ther is no garantee in my reservation while no hotel ask me that |

Está francamente bien. Desayuno excelente bufette. Instalacones tambien. Piscina, Parking. Su situación está un poco alejada del centrico paseo del Lago, hay que caminar 1 Kilómetro aprox. Sus instalaciones y confort justifican el precio aunque es un poco carillo |

Zentrale Lage Da wir nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel waren, haben wir ein sehr kleines Zimmer erhalten; ich würde es begrüssen, wenn dies bei einer Reservationsbestätigung entsprechend deklariert würde. |

Personnel souriant, attentionné. Chambres charmantes et très propres. Buffet petit déjeuner très correct. Piscine sympa. Proche du bord du lac. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Pas très important, mais TV (écran plat) très petit. Mauvaise qualité d'image. Petit déjeuner seulement jusqu'à 10h. Parking intérieur et extérieur payant (zone bleue à proximité). |

Das Badezimmer war sehr gross und hell. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine sehr grosse Auswahl, die Esswaren ( Brötchen, Eier Früchte usw. ) waren alle immer frisch. Gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. |
