The hotel was dark and old fashioned inside.We had a small room with a dirty carpet and mini TV. The room had view straight to the parking place, not at all to the lake or mountians as they said in the web pages. Railway just behind the hotel and also noisy streets around. Many children makeing noise around and jumping to the pool. |

we liked the hotel because although it was near the centre it was in a quiet area. The room was very comfortable. The breakfastroom was also very pleasant as it was on the verandah with lots of daylight. |

The Hotel is good, clean and comfermtable. The restuarant and services are also my favour. The hotel is not close to town but can be easily reached by bus or car. The price listed in the webcite is not correct. We expected twin-bed room when booking but the tour group had come in the same day . Hotel was able provide me only French bed . The hotel staff told me that the information in the web site will be revised after for not confusing the other guests. |

Location even though it is a good 15-min walk to the centre of town. Reasonable parking rate - 8 francs a day. Good breakfast. There was a train track by the side of the hotel - but you could close the patio door and turn on the A/C. |

The Delfino was recommended by an employee of the Lugano Tourism Office. We had a lovely lake-view room with a balcony. Will definitely be back! Situated a little bit too far from the lake to walk there - in the rain! |
