the reception staff were very friendly and helpful with directions reservations; the rooms were clean and very nice sized for European; nice outdoor pool for reading relaxing; about 3 blocks from the Lakeside prominade; Lugano is awesome;

The German tour buses took precedence over other guests in the morning breakfast room giving the best seating to the tour buses;

Good facilities - pool and balcony. Staff very helpful. Clearer information about bus travel into Lugano would help as this is vital to get the best from your stay. We found what we were told confusing and people in the town helped us out. A simple map showing the bus routes and a list of times would be a great help

The coffee at breakfast was too weak. Otherwise a very good hotel = recommended!

Helpful staff, functioning a/c during very hot, muggy spell in Lugano. Very good continental breakfast in the morning.

Everything a tourist needs.

A little away from the center, but that is easily surpassed by a walking boarding the esplendid lake.

The hotel was dark and old fashioned inside.We had a small room with a dirty carpet and mini TV. The room had view straight to the parking place, not at all to the lake or mountians as they said in the web pages. Railway just behind the hotel and also noisy streets around. Many children makeing noise around and jumping to the pool.

For the price it was a very decent hotel, the rooms are adequate and the staff are courteous and helpful with all matters.

Friendly helpful staff. Close to public transport. Rooms small but comfortable.

Location even though it is a good 15-min walk to the centre of town. Reasonable parking rate - 8 francs a day. Good breakfast.

There was a train track by the side of the hotel - but you could close the patio door and turn on the A/C.

Personal war sehr freundlich.In 10 - 15 Min.ist man in der Fussgänger Zone und in der schönen Altstadt hat es einfach tolle Geschäfte und Kaffees.Eine kleine Stadtrundfahrt lohnt sich,erst dann sieht man wie weitläufig Lugano ist.Im Sommer muss es einfach herrlich sein am See,das werden wir bestimmt nachholen.

Ottime le camere, ottima la colazione. La cena era squisita e il servizio ottimo.
