We were very impressed with the service provided by all the staff. The gentleman who checked us in and had to work 4 different jobs at a time (??) was just fantastic. A true professional who made us feel very welcome! The lady who served breakfast on the terrace was perfect!!! Unfortunately, we were only there for two nights but we will come back to enjoy more of the fantastic food (dinner was delicious), views and hospitality. Thank you!! |

I especially liked the very friendly, personal, familiar and helpful way of the reception personnel. The view from the room and terrasse was gorgeous and the pool was nice. I didn't like the old furnishing (seventies style) in the room. |

Nice view over the Lake Strong smell of stale smoke in room, although a (cardboard) sign said it was non-smoking. Smallest bathroom ever! Furniture is old and looks battered. |

Le site est très calme, la vue exceptionnelle, et toutes les aires collectives extérieures sont particulièrement agréables. Accueil attentionné, équipe adorable. La chambre individuelle est petite mais impeccable. Pour résumer, un véritable bonheur! |

Schöne Lage mit super Aussicht. Terrasse mit Blätterdach (nicht Sonnenstoren). Hübscher Swimmingpool. Preis-Leistung ist gut. Sehr enge Gänge zu den Zimmern. Es fehlt etwas die Grosszügigkeit. |

Sehr schöne Lage am Hang, gute Verbindung zur Stadt-auch zu Fuss, guter Service, freundliches Personal, sehr schöner eigener Garten. Das Einzelzimmer war ein enger Schlauch! Auf dem Klo super eng. Ansonsten war aber alles da was man braucht. Dieses Zimmer rechtfertigt aber den Preis von Fr. 125.-- leider nicht. |

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und mit den öffentl. Verkehrsmittel erschlossen. Sehr gut war der Taxidienst am Abend vom Bahnhof Locarno nach Brione. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig. Kein Nachtlärm. Tolle Aussicht! Grosszügiges Frühstücksbuffet. Aufmerksames Personal! Als Nichtautofahrer ist mir der Weg vom Stadtzentrum zum Hotel zu weit. Es gibt zwar eine Busverbindung, aber z. B. abends ist man aufs Taxi angewiesen. |
