fantastic postion just over the Maggioe Lake and wonderful view. Nice heated swimming pool and good breakfast

Room too small and hot 'cause no airconditioning. Toilet so small that the washbasin is in the room near the bed. When you open the toilet door you find imediately in front of you the wc and attached to it the shower.....the only movements that you can do is to sit down in the wc and then stand up and enter in the shower.............I've never seen something similar. The restaurant closes at 9 o'clock also in summer!!!!!!!!! and even if at 2 min walk there's a small pub where to eat something(not so good but eatable!) in the pub they don't accept any credit card!!!!! Very expensive wifi: 8 euro for 1 hour!!!!!

Nice view, excelent for a relaxant weekend

Welcome was attentive, friendly and personal. There was a beautiful Rose in my room and a nice letter to greet me. The room and shower are small, but I didn't need more and everything is spotless. The view from the balcony on the lake is breathtaking. Information is excellent. Breakfast is very good in nice dining room with beautiful view on the lake or outside on the terrace. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I hope to return to this very nice hotel and I would recommend it to any one who appreciates all the above and for excellent value for money.

Die Lage. Ein tolles 3 Stern Hotel ohne unnötigen "Schickimicki"

Sehr ruhig, wunderbare Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore schönes Frühstück-Buffet Sehr freundliches Personal

mein Einzelzimmer war sehr klein, die Benutzung der Toilette war zu eingeengt

Zuvorkommender, freundlicher Empfang. Schönes, sauberes, gut eingerichtetes Zimmer. Tolles Abendessen im inliegenden Grotto. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Freundliche Bedienung.

Lage und Aussicht

Einige Zimmer sind noch nicht renoviert und einem etwas heruntergekommenen Zustand

Die Inhaberfamilie und alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuverkommend. Ganz toll! Das Frühstücksbuffet überzeugt U.A. durch eine tolle Käseauswahl aus der Region und die Fleischplatte ist klein und sehr fein, gute Brotauswahl..... Wunderschöne Gartenterrasse und Pool mit Blick über den See, grossartig! Auf Details wird sehr viel Wert gelegt (U.A. persönliche Willkommenskarte im Zimmer, ...... ). Als Gast fühlt man sich einfach wohl und willkommen in diesem Hotel.

Leider sind die Zimmer hellhörig.

Nous avons aprécié le calme et la vue magnifique. Les enfants ont bien aimé la salle de jeux.

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour profiter de la piscine et de la vue depuis le balcon. Or la piscine n'était pas chauffée alors qu'elle était censée l'être et le balcon était minuscule alors qu'il était grand sur la photo. De plus, les couloirs étaient vieillots, très étroits et sans fenêtres. Nous sommes venus au Tessin en train et il était dit dans le descriptif de l'hôtel qu'il était facilement atteignable en transports publiques depuis la gare. Or il n'y a que 2 bus par heure et plus de bus après 19h30. Pas de possibilité de revenir de Locarno le soir autrement qu'à pieds! Enfin, la chambre n'a pas été faite après la 1ère nuit de notre séjour. Tout ceci fait que nous avons trouvé le prix trop élevé par rapport aux prestations et la présentation de l'hôtel sur internet ne correspondant pas à la réalité.

Die einmalige Aussicht.

Das (angeblich) neue Bett in unserm Zimmer welches sehr starke Lösungsmittel- Emissionen hatte. Wir hatten am Morgen beide starke Kopfschmerzen. Ein mitteilen der Hotelleitung hat nichts gebracht nicht mal eine Entschuldigung. Bei Hotels dieser Preisklasse kann das wohl nicht sein !

Sicht einmalig. Herrlich zur Erholung - sehr empfehlenswert zum Auftanken.
